Wimpie leaves for Japan

 Engelbrecht is one of several Kings players who have already made their exit. Other include centre Waylon Murray (Bulls), fullback SP Marais (Sharks) and Wimpie van der Walt (Red Hurricanes, Japan) and Kevin Buys (Brive, France), while hooker Bandise Maku and lock David Bulbring are also linked with moves to the Bulls.

And once again the Lions have missed the opportunity to draw any of the talented Kings players.

Instead we're focusing our attention on the garbage. Chumps like Jantjies seem far more valuable to us than Engelbrecht or Bulbring or Maku or SP Marais.
