And the winner is Steinlager!! He predicted a 12 point difference (it was 11) and a score of 40-28 to Abs. Congratulations mate! Papamoa predicted 10 point difference.

Others were close and thanks for participating, I enjoyed it and it put some reality to the banter once and a while, lol.

Here are the predictions again. Check that I got it right, I am really too excited about the game we saw to competent at math, lol

IMO the Boks are back!!

Commiserations to the Bok players and fans but what a game! Great for rugby.

Both teams did us proud. Thanks and congrats to the Mighty ABs, proud to be a kiwi!

Although it doesn't seem so important now I wanted to make sure that  you all saw your predictions so I am bringing this to the top one last time.
Steinlager was the winner as you can see in the table. Congratulations to him!
Thanks to all for participating, I enjoyed coordinating it and it did result in some interest and banter when things  were getting quiet (and also when things were hot ).
Once again, well done Boks and ABs, what a fantastic game and what a way to end the year. Can't believe we have to wait so long for the re-match.

Did i win again . That's 3 times today already.

Was a fun year though. We won everything worth winning.

The Mighty Chiefs took out back to back Super XV titles, the Mighty All Blacks were unbeaten and Counties won the Ranfurly Shield.

Does'nt get any better than that.

Looks like the Almighty was smiling down on us Brother Bueno...

Any time you yarpies want a whippin'.........haha

I'm off to celebrate with my mate Brycy and Big Chief fan sitting bull...

I might even have a beer for his ol mate Moonbean...Peace out.

Papamoa:  and steinlager
Technically it was a draw (you and steinlager) for predicting points difference.
The game difference was 11, he was one higher and you were one lower with 10.
But as steinlager was also the closest with his prediction of the actual score I gave it to him.

Chippo: sorry about that mate. It was a "typo:, lol
I have added your prediction. It gets tricky keeping up with this and updating a table in the forum is not easy.

Gee, thanks guys  we ended up with most of the regulars participating. The high scores were predicted by many but I thought it was wishful thinking (wrong again, lol)
This game was so exciting I even forgot to check my fantasy rugby points until someone mentioned Bismarck should not have been subbed - he was my captain . I thought he would have a great game & that he would be a vital part of the breakdown for the Boks. My theory is he was not 100% well.

make sure u dont get any of ur andorian antennas cut of, that would be a shameful and embarrassing event which might make u declare war on somebody, o_O

i think u guys are getting george martin who wrote the books that game of thrones is based on, i would love to meet that dude and get a photo of him, want to read the books but the show is too awesome and i dont like spoilers, and if u watched red wedding in season 3 u know what im talking about, lolz.

Hi Wardad: welcome back mate! Hope the fishing was as good.   ABs caught the biggest fish of all (but then again all rugby fans caught the best game in ages  IMO). Emoticon provided for the amusement of some of our simple minded but much loved mates on SArugby.com  I've got to stop baiting them but can't resist, lol

You got pretty close with your prediction of the point difference, i.e. 9. Amazing how close some got.
See you beat the warponies in FF, congrats!
If beeno changes his avatar we may not be able to recognize him, lol Nah, he was great fun during the match and a good sport afterwards.
Cloudy: I had a disastrous 2nd week and never really recovered. Amazing that Bl ack Power is nearly always a the top of the table. Congrats to him!!

Justwin bro ,beaner posted exactly the same old story last year ! Its such fun to bait him almost as much fun as live bating big Mulloway ! [ kept one to fillet up for the whanau 12kg of fillets of one fish is pretty good ! { we normally catch and release but this one was buggered after a long fight and couldnt be revived ,like beaners wee boks in the last quarter ! Much better game on big screen as opposed to my iphone flattens the phone mighty quick dammit ! Saffas have a similar fish called cob or kob I think .

Becs, you can change your picture/avatar and  or you profile by clicking on the "Manage your Profile" at the top of the page Rucker Forum page.
If you want to put a picture/Avatar or whatever you can Click on the "Manage your Account" button at the bottom of the page.
To choose an Avatar you click on the "Choose file" button and the find the photo you want to use and select it.
I wouldn't advise putting a photo of yourself there as there are all sorts of nutters out there in cyber-land and you may get some unwanted attention. I am old fashioned, some don't worry about it though.
