 Hi brycy my friend. Yes its Craig Joubert the guy who gave you the WC. It was out of him and Bryce Lawrence for nz ref of the year. However Lawrence was unbeatable.
I think Craig in past has always favoured home side. Has been weak. Think he may be maturing a bit. Hope he gives each team a fair go.
