Seriously, what just happened?
It was like watching the 2009 Lions vs the 2009 Crusaders.

Sharks were terrible tonight.
What does anyone see in SP Marais?
What does he offer?
He may has a bit of pace, but thats all useless if he hardly joins the backline.

Im sorry, but that fat hooker does not deserve to walk on to a SXV field.
He is appalling.
Looks like a terrier, but is all arms and legs (and stomach), but no skill.

JP needs a new set of contact lenses.

Steyn, solid enough.

Over all, epic fail!

Jake needs to commit to Frans at flyhalf. The team needs a focus and I doubt it's the school boy. Asking Steyn to pull the chestnuts out the fire every week isn't going to work , the first team backline has to train in their match positions

Look, i thought Swiel was decent. So no prob with him at 10.
But as for the rest of them... Im not convinced of Mvovo at 15. he has more impact on the wing.

Steyn was crap. He did nothing except mess up. Decision making is poor and his attacking play is non-existent. Jake White needs to play more expansively, a combination between kicking and attacking like what he did at the Brumbies.
Sharks were better under Venter.

just great pressure by the highlanders. Stuck it into the sharks forwards and put pressure on the backs with great high kicks to open the defense. Sharks had a bad day at the office even though they had the penalty count going with them could of been real bad if they didn't.

Have you seen the game and are you serious in your comment?  Steyn was pathetic tonight - absolutely clueless about either center of flyhalf play.   He lost ball possession three times - flop in defense (one only have to look at the Highlanders first try to realise how really  bad he was)  and when he was moved to flyhalf he was pathetic and kicked aimlessly again and again.
Imagine a flyhalf whose side won a  tighthead scrum within the Highlanders half and the flyhalf kicked the ball into the in goal area for Ben Smith to dot down the ball.   After he took over at flyhalf his aimless kicking was endemic.
He has no iodea about flyhalf play and the Sharks backline performance in the first half was despite Steyn better than it was in the second half.

Great to see the Highlanders actually win the game instead of leaving it to the ref to win it for the Home Team with the biased penalty count  .

The Sharks were outplayed and the Highlanders deserved the win completely.
I for one never saw any Sharks player that deserves to Play in the National side.
Very concerned about their performance but hats off to the Highlanders.
From a Sharks fan in Canada.

Highlanders dominated and deserved to win, but i think Sharks missed the physicalitu of Bismark and Deysel, i say this with biast as i added them to my fantasy team and they did not play! Haha ah well.
