World Rugby 12's

Not sure how good this would be as it might detract too much from 15's.

Although it might mean more test match rugby for the best players, who would no longer be required to represent clubs or provinces etc. Instead, they could play test rugby in 12's and 15's. This would more of the best talent staying local for all countries. 

12's would have more space, so it could bring back smaller players with skill, but too small for x15's

Ridiculous idea. Trying to copy the 100 in Cricket.

If you can’t concentrate on the game for 80 mins, you have no business watching Rugby. 

We already have 7s. 12s is redundant. For anything else, we have league.
