Worldcup 2027: Rassie's Match Day Team

I expect this will be the preferred starting team at the World Cup. I am not sure why the older players who are not the first choice or even second choice are even being considered if the World Cup is in 2 years' time. It appears they are higher up the pecking order than most would think. Now is the time to experiment with new players while keeping the nucleus of players who will certainly make the next World Cup.

4. Eztebeth (Will he make the next World Cup? Maybe, but he is a worthwhile investment)
5. Mostert (his thin body may snap at any moment)
6. Kolisi (A non-factor at the breakdown, and he is now past his best)
7. Pieter Steph DuToit (Hopefully his body holds up)
8. Jasper Wiese
9. Faff Deklerk (Should not be considered, will be too old)
10. Pollard (Not bad, but the backline can be a bit sterile with him at 10)
11. Ardense
12. Delande (We are certainly stuck with Delande)
13. Jessie Kriel
14. Kolbe
15. Damien Willemse

Hopefully most of them will be gone and Rassie will wake up that he need to start getting caps for his new players. About 10 caps were wasted yesterday on players that added no value. Bongi is there because he is black. He was poor the Sharks and really poor for the boks.

This theory of only giving players half a match to prolong their test career is nonsense. They get injured in the first minute like we saw in the final what then? You can't have more than five players over 35 having to play a knock out for 80 min.

I want to see the best team, not the so so almost best 50 players
