Eleven Rassie months and counting. He has changed very little except return the Boks to physicality and improve morale. All the missing elements that have limited us, remain missing.

The most worrying aspect is that he is eleven months in, and the Boks are already looking stale. He is at an important cross roads. I always had him as an ideas man that was best utilised under the steady head of a head coach, he is looking devoid of ideas.
