WP Buy Willemse's Dummy for 5 Million

Willemse has a good step and is unpredictable. 

The problem is no one on his team can predict what he is going to do either, especially when he plays at 10.
He can't get the backline running - nor stamp a pattern of play of when to kick, pass, run or kick-pass. When to kick up and under, or chip kicks. How to play the game in the opposition half.   

Moaner Steyn has outperformed him with his ease over the last 12 months. 

The Bulls almost signed Willemse, but WP increased his contract from 3 to 5 million. 
He has since been shifted to 15, while a raft of flyhalves is tested.

Where did the Stormers get R5 million from - they are on the verge of bankruptcy,   In any event Gooden was bought by the Bulls  for the flyhalf position - since there is virtually no chance that Morne's contract will be renewed.

I think that the Springbok coaching staff  see Willemse as the replacement for Le Roux in th fulkl back position - hence his continued use at fullback by the Stormers.           

Just hope he is not another Goosen in  the making. I  wouldn't never have paid him that much.  He hasn't settled into any position. Nor is he Richie Monuga. 

Maybe a French club can pick him up, let him toil for  the next  5   years and then hopefully come back a better player. Who knows, but why on earth would  they put him at 15 when we have the following players who are better than him

Fassi, Kriel, Le Roux, Kolbe, Gelant, to name a few

He is not the best in any position

Erraticism has long been the mark of "x factor" in South Africa. All you have to do is random stuff without thinking and you are the best x in the world. 

Apparently, they are saying it has upset Willemse that social media has learnt what Willemse was able to wrangle out of WP from the interest by the Bulls

Pundits are questioning if he is worth this fine sum of money, including yours truly.

He needs another coach, and Jake White would be a much better option than the plodder at WP. Ideally, he needs to be trained by a test-level flyhalf like Naas Botha, or even Morne Steyn. 

Apparently  WP Rugby is affectively under Administration by SARU in a desperate measure to try and save  it from self-destruction even though the Union denies it,    The Union will be run by  a Committee of three appointees of SARU, but the Union claim that the Committee will have  six  members - three of them being Union representatives,   In my view the latter three Union reps will  be there for liaison  purposes only,  

The Union is without a CEO for  15 months now and the Unions claim that they are  in negotiation with two equity partners and that the latter apparently insist  on appointing a CEO themselves,.   It is disgraceful what this once wealthy Union became.                  /.   .
