www.allblacks.com locking out bloggers - is it teary Pat Lam's fault?

 do you get the feeling the owners of the site are scared of legal action against the site for alot of people logging in to abuse Pat Lam as a coach of the now hapless Auckland Blues?? and some going as far as to suggest Lam is guilty of trying to turn the blues into a Polynesian Club - not that there is anything wrong with that!

I haven't read the posts there but if the guy is not selecting on merit and trying to make it a polynesian club then there would be a problem as that would be clearly racist.

What is your take hakwa?

Wonder if  a site can be held legally liable for the views expressed by their bloggers? Maybe Saffex can enlighten us?

 I am eager to hear the views of Saffex and Aristocrat - can a site be held liable for the passionate views of it's bloggers?
