Yep, Coetzee must be replaced soon. He's letting talent slip through his hand and is stick with his preference of terrible players because they're 'familiar' eg. De Jong.

Just the other day I asked what happened to Du Plessis. Man this is a big loss for WP, he could've been with De Allende a brilliant centre pairing.
