I'm not sure about you guys but this a really shambolic round of super rugby.
There was only 2 games that had some entertainment value. Blues vs Hurriucanes, the canes played really well and just seem to like keeping ball in hand. Blues still blow hot and cold.
The other game was the Chiefs vs crusaders. For all money it looked like the chiefs had the game in the bag but some stupid decisions by trying to speed up the game and make rash decisions. The crusaders came back by just playing percentage rugby and kept in touch with goal kicks. Not very entertaining.
Rebels vs Force was a close game but to many errors
Waratahs vs bulls were just a bunch of beefed up idiots trying bash each other into the ground.
Then there were SA derbies, what a yawn fest. The sharks are still winning but really ugly, not sure they'll take the title with this stuff, the brumbies can unstuck last year under jake. I don't like their general play either. It seems to revolve around channel 1 ball to the forwards with the ball just being wide with no conviction or deception.
Good that the Stormers have one but against an SA team that had until recently a play-off shout. Still very boring game, should have been a few more tries.
Stormers are going to ruin a lot games for aspiring SA teams.
So all in all, yawn fest. I actually got up several times during the games which never happens
