Mike... Matt hodgson was easily the best loosie on show this week...burger and Fourie were great but vermulen Not even close...Chris feauai sautia also had a better game than both de villiers and de Allende....

I am happy about bringing Hodgson in instead of Burger.  I am not going to change the center pair - since they played against what is regarded in New Zealand as top centers while the opposition Chris feauai sautia faced was not all that hot.     

The Stormers didn't even win yet their represented by 6 players, only Schalk should be there.. Also Piutau showed zilch against the Bulls, their single try was the product of their flyhalf, number 23 of the Blues played well. Willie Le Roux should not be there, Mvovo played better than him this week. Fransie should be at 10. Kyle Godwin should be at 12, remember his name. Serfontein also played well, but he was not better then Godwin. The reds 13 should be there also.

It's important to note that both the Stormers and Crusaders have been struggling. In many respects that match was a cripple fight. But De Allende (Here after inferred by DA) is a favourite, so the facts must be tortured until they confess that he is king. I like your lineup much more Shezza, it has a touch more honesty which I can respect even if I would change a couple of players.

Sorry to say - Steyn's goal kicking was tops - the rest of his g ame Bullshit in capital letters - he missed 50% of the tackles he attempted - he spilt balls like it was unbelievable and his passing game was at times inaccurate.   I do not rate goal kicking as the only requirement of a flyhalf and that is where I differ from you and others on Steyn.
The other issue I bore in mind was the level of opposition and qualities of opposition players the various teams faced.  There can be no doubt that the Lions, Rebels and Force are not really top quality sides and the Blues have a problem with their tight 5 players.   In the case of props  I look at the scrumming - but also the rest of the work props put in.

Oh really? So the loss to the 14th placed Crusaders is enough to elevate the entire Stormer's centre pairing? You are dishonest to a fault Michael. At least be honest about it, you hate Frans and will never credit him regardless of how well he plays. It's a personal thing.

I hate NO PLAYERS - I just look at their performances and then try and assess it objectively.   I saw Steyn a couple of times spilling balls when he went into contact - there can be no doubt about that - he threw some inaccurate passes - and I saw him missed tackles.  All the above was confirmed statistically as well.
I said after the Bulls game Steyn was good and I found no fault with his performance - would not have said that if I hate the player.   
However, his game against the Hurricanes was the exact opposite and there were totally unacceptable elements in his performance yesterday as well.   I do not point those out as a result of hatred - I merely point it out as recognized facts.
Unfortunately some people hero-worship players and go ballistic if anything about those players are pointed out to them.   I do not do that and I do point out things about players that seems to be favourites of mine.   Matter of fact I am particularly harsh on those players - more so than on others.

Like the video footage of Goosen? Or the expose of the Ellis Park test exposing your faulty stats on Morné? No, not even close.

 Sun-Tzu, stop trying to lick my arse and descredit Mike. You're wrong on more matters than him, Morne had a crap test in Ellis park and his defence is the worst out of all international flyhalf. And the video footage of Goosen showed nothing, you avoided my comment disproving this like the plague. 

Mike, Fransie had a good game. He set up Jordaan's try by throwing a cut out pass straight to Mvovo who in turn ran and chipped it for Jordaan to collect. The Crusaders scrum was better than the Stormers, Owen Franks was better than Kitshoff. The Hurricanes scrum didn't dominate the Brumbies scrum so you didn't pick Ben Franks for that reason. Bulls dominated the Blues scrum for the whole match, thats why I picked Greyling. 
I retract picking Jack Lam, I got the matches confused as I watched the Cheetahs vs Hurricanes match yesterday and forgot it happened last week. So I'll put Schalk Burger at 7 instead.
