There is no difference between the June window and the Nov window. During the June window the NH send "under-powered" teams and do their experimenting, etc, for the future. During the Nov window the SH send "under-powered" teams and do their experimenting, etc for the future .

 Oops - talking BS again.  There was no experimenting when the English team was joined in the second wee by their top players because of the final of the Aviva series.   
Even if it was the case - the SH countries can send "under-powered" teams up north because their teams are so much stronger than their northern counterparts -  but th NH ountries cannot do the same.   
I did not notice that with the exception of the Springboks - any of the SH teams last year was "under-powered".  The Springboks were because of BS NH Club selections like Morne Steyn, B akkies Botha and Gurthro Steenkamp - but that is unlikely to be repeated this year.      

 Ja swaer. Believe what you like. Go and have a look at those team sheets again. Take into account the games that the incoming players were playing prior to the test series.
