I am not a Jake hater, but really what is his plan/Tactics with losing so many games ??
Also the understrength teams….fair enough Dobbo and Plumtree are doing it to.
So what is the overall motive here? Rather focus on URC? Then why be part of champions Cup and you not competitive?

Confusion not delusions…..yes it will take some time to build some more squad depth for sure, but 10 years??

"Jake White’s side has lost their last four games in a row in all competitions and in that period their hopes of a place in the last 16 of the Champions Cup were crushed.
They still have a chance of qualifying for the Challenge Cup if they record a big win against Stade Francais on Saturday, but it seems the overall quality of the performance will be the major goal.
“For us as a leadership group and as a player group, the conversation is about what we need to do on the field and also what we need to do off it to stay positive and be part of the solution and to get back to winning ways.”
He added: “From a players perspective, I would say the most important lesson that is coming to the forefront now is that we have to stick together as a group.

Like he above there is no reference to White as coach and that is where the problema rose in all cases where he coached teams. He tends to undrmine player conference by haveing his favored players in the team and the rest of the team is treated like children that e controls totally - and the players fear White because of his vindictive conduct in dealing with players,
It is by some distance not the first time it happned in White's coaching career it happened - it was always part of his conduct/ He breached contract with the Brumbies because hew as mad not being appointed as Wallaby coach in 2013 and ws ired by the Sharks for much the same reason in 2015 and in 2017 Montpellier would not renew his contract for much the sme reason.
With wht is happening to he Bulls put White into the firing line by the main owners of the Bulls and funding the squad - Rupert and Motsepe.
