 Clever is having a silent hissy fit. But I'm thinking it was his own software or some bit of mischief having nothing to do with site management....why would he be banned?

How was he met with silence, when we have proactively tried to assist him?

 You're too nice, Ed. I'd tell Fatlip to rack-off in no uncertain manner, I mean, why oh why would Mike be banned??? Just over a week ago I had trouble logging on and after contacting ED I had to change my password. I believe the forum was down for a period of time.

Just to summarise, ou Maaik made the accusation (via Draad) that he had been banned. Ed replied that no-one had been banned and offered to assist ou Maaik. Even after ou Maaik rather rudely ignored him, Ed has since offered to help him get back to his old profile with his old post count etc. but ou Maaik continues to ignore any offers to assist him so goodness knows what Klown is babbling about or why he feels the need to get involved.

On another thread, Klown said something about being owed an explanation by the Ed. I'm very interested to know why Klown thinks anybody here owes him anything at all. It's a free service we're getting here for Pete's sake. 

To use his own style, let's see what his answer is . . . if he answers at all!

As for ou Maaik, if he has some kind of proof that he was banned then he should put it up. Failing that, I would say that an apology is probably in order . . . or at least some kind of acknowledgement that he has seen Ed's offers to sort his issues out. That's jus t common courtesy.

Saffex aka Dave has always been a bit sporadic in his posting but I hope he comes back soon. Not only is he the only Ruckersforum poster I've ever met (and a really nice guy despite what the childish and vindictive Moffie will tell you) but he's also the poster whose rugby views and selections are closest to mine . . . even if I don't share his obsession with size or his opinion on theoverrated showpony Wllie le Roux.

Moffie was obviously stung when I laughed at his ignorant spelling of "enfuriated" (sic), so much so that the sad and pathetic loser has been trawling through my posts ever since dreaming of revenge.

Unfortunately, Moffie, you need to understand the difference between a typo and a spelling mistake.

A typo results from trying to type too quickly and a keystroke is either missed or an adjacent letter added by mistake . . . examples being the notorious "pwn" (remember that avalanche of egg you got all over your fat face?) or the example above "theoverrated" (sic) where I missed the space bar.

A spelling mistake is where the person didn't receive a particularly good education or doesn't read enough books so can't spell basic English words like "infuriate".

Note that unlike my example of "pwn" where the "o" and the "p" are adjacent on a standard keyboard, "enfuriate" (sic) cannot be regarded as a typo because the "i" and the "e" are some distance apart so anyone claiming a typo would be . . . ummmmm . . . lying! That mistake isn't caused by missing or adding a keystroke by mistake, it's caused by ignorance.

Understand the difference, chump?

This is really amazing.   Ed  put a message for me on the programme to send him an e-mail atinfo@ruckersforum.com and asked me to write to him directly.   I sent at least ten responses to him – but all were returned as undelivered.   My comments on the request to him were as follows:-

 

“ I struggled to get on site as from Thursday last week.   Whenever I tried to get back and put in  my name and password I got the message that there is no match.   I then repeatedly asked for a new pass word and got the message that it had been sent to my e-mail address = but although I must have done it at least 10 times I never got the message on my e-mail inbox.

 

I had an e-mail address for Draad and asked him to contact you.  I sent him the following message:-

“I cannot get into Ruckersforum using the normal  info for the relevant purpose – username and password.   I constantly get the message that the info is not correct.  I then asked for a new temporary password and provide my e-mail address for the relevant purpose – did it about 6 times and got no response from the site – no e-mail at all (I get lots of other e-mails – so that cannot  be the problem.

 I may have been banned from the site – I do not know what is going on.  I suspect that my membership info on the ruckersforum site has been corrupted.    Please – can you help and put a message to the editor on site and ask him what is going on.   You can ask them to contact me at the e-mail address I am sending this message from.

 Mike – posting as Clevermike.  Please help urgently”

It would be sincerely appreciated if you could help out.    My telephone number is xxxxxx and e-mail address is xxxxxxx"

I now see that he says I did not respond – but I did.   I also furthermore tried a new registration – but the same problem occurred when I registered as Clevermichael.  I cannot enter the site – whether as Clevermike or Clevermichael.   I think somebody has corrupted my profiles – so I cannot do anything to get of Ed.   Can you please forward this message to Ed and ask him to contact me by telephone.

I suspect it was a mail from Mike, but it did not contain his contact info.

'You missed the space bar'....gosh. Let's see, is that likely or even athletically possible. On the Pad the space bar is as large as 6 keys. Are you trying to tell us you can't hit something as large as 6 keys. C'mon that would only happen if......oops.....that would only happen if you were totally plastered.

 Well said CC but CleverMike is back in that his posts under his old ID show the correct number of posts for him. He still must be suffering from PTSD as he isn't posting much yet. That or he is composting another rant about the Steins, Alberts, etc.
