Hi Ruckers
It's that time of year again. The real rugga season kicks off on Friday with a bang!

RuckersForum has created a SuperBru pool for the Super Rugby tournament. The Pool is called "RuckersForum"
You can click here to join the pool: https://www.superbru.com/superrugby/pool.php?p=11998058

So please join us, lets settle the 2019 debate like men!

The winner of the pool after the final whistle, will have a replica rugby jersey of their choice delivered to them!

We're looking forward to kick off!

See you there.

Yours in Rugga
Ed

Bit confusing because I had already created a pool called "Ruckers Forum" (with a space between the two words) but mine has no prizes so I'm joining yours (with no space between the two words).
Thanks Ed.
You can order me a Wales jersey (size XL) so long.
Go Sharks!!!
PS I've joined but just to avoid any confusion, there's also a pool called "Ruckers Forum" which I created a week or so ago and two other pools that 3ku1 created called "Ruckers Forum 1" and "SARuckersForum"
Anyone is welcome to join any or all of those pools but note that "RuckersForum" is the only one with prizes (unless 3ku1 is offering prizes that he hasn't told us about yet).
Shaaaaaaaaaaaaarks!!!

Other Fantasy games are Sportsdeck where the league is called "SARuckersForum" and code is 840287 (6 players so far) and The Rugby Magazine where the league is called "Ruckers Forum" (also 6 players so far) and if you click on that link you'll be automatically entered in our pool.
Come on JustWin, Wardad, Oimatey and other Fantasy regulars, you're running out of time!

Hi Rooinek

Had anyone joined you yet?

If they have, bring them along with you to the official pool.

Only criteria to win is that they need to be subscribed to the RuckersForum website.

Ed, the only other player in my Superbru pool is ou Maaik and I'm sure he'll join yours . . . although knowing ou Maaik and his understanding of technology, he might need a bit of help . . . but I'll do my best to get him signed up.
What about the rest of you? The Superbru game is by far the simplest and the easiest of all the Fantasy games because there's no budget or salary cap and you can pretty much pick whoever you like as long as you don't select more than 4 players from any one franchise.
What about loudmouths like Moffie, Dense and DumbAss and what about you other RuckersForum regulars? It's all just a bit of fun (and you'll be amazed how much more interest you take in the Super Rugby comp when you have a Fantasy Team) and it will take you maybe 10 minutes tops to register and choose a team and then maybe 5 minutes every Thursday to make your transfers, pick your starting XV and choose a captain and kicker (captain scores you double points).
Those of you saying you don't have time for this are just making weak excuses. It'll take a lot less of your time to play FR than it does to post some of the opinionated rubbish you lot post on here.
Those of you who reckon you don't watch enough Super Rugby, who cares? Just pick players based on their performance in the Fantasy comp. The team sheets are updated on this very site every weekend (thanks largely to Ou Maaik) and you have just as much chance as anyone else who keeps up to date with the teams.
There's really no excuse. If you like rugby and a bit of banter then play the game and join the RuckersForum pool. If you don't like rugby and a bit of banter then what the heck are you doing on Ruckers Forum?
Hmmm?

Meant to add, there was one other rugby comp advertised on here by Harry Dale which was a "draft" style game (where only one Fantasy manager can own each player) but based on what I've read on the website, it's not ready for this year's comp.
No worries, Superbru, The Rugby Magazine and Sportsdeck should keep us busy. Superbru also offers a prediction game as well as a "Daily Fantasy" game where you only have to pick 5 players from a list on each match day.

We've also got a nice little game coming.

So keep that in mind.

It will be played on this site, so no worries about remembering links etc.

I'm playing in 2 fantasy type competitions and that's more than enough for me.

Has anyone started a SuperBru Predictor pool? I'll join that if one's available,

Just to confirm, Ed, so there's no prize for the Superbru Fantasy Rugby comp and the prize is for the Superbru Prediction comp?

Hey Ed ... I've invited a mate of mine to join your SuperBru pool.

Please give him your nod of approval.

Appreciate it.

Thanks, Redneck ...

There's one more, Ed ... in fact I may have another one coming in shortly.

If you'd be so kind ...
