Hi Ruckers
As far as predictability goes, this week was far from it...While the Chiefs oblitirated the Bulls, the Saders didn't appear to be all their (for valid reason) against the bog average Waratahs.
Even more unpredictable was scoreline between the Stormers and the Canes. Beeno should take the result as a win!
As Pakie put it, the Stormers were their own worst enemies. They could have run one against the Canes had they cut out some of their (public) schoolboy errors.
Sergeal Petersen had a nightmare.

So far as Total Rankers goes, lookout for Chippo who's climbing up the ladder after a poor start.
Good ol' Chip appears to love coming from behind, doesn't he?
Think carefully before making your forthcoming picks.Home derbies have a tendancy of getting the best out of the worst.
Have a great week! See you on the forum.

Yours in RuggaEd

That's the last time I tip the pathetic Bulls.
What is it with these Pretoria planks that they beat all the local sides and then play like little girls against the overseas teams?
I was always going to go with the Hurricanes and the Lions so I was left with a choice between the Crusaders, Bulls and Sharks. The Crusaders didn't give me enough ranking points and I was worried that the Rebels choke against the Lions the week before was because of altitude that they wouldn;t have in Durban so I made what I thought was the safe choice with the Bulls. I won't make that mistake again! Well done to Your Pal Al who just keeps scoring full houses.
Ed, is Your Pal Al the mysterious "celebrity guest" you hinted at earlier?

Rooinek

You are on top - stay there please.

I lost the plot this past week supporting the Stormers and the Bulls - huge mistake but I have one consolation - the Stormers put up a huge fight and could have o\won the game bar some bad mistakes,  giving the Hurricanes free points.   The Bulls was a real disaster spoiling their whole season.

I'm at a total loss as to what to do this weekend.   The Crusaders had a miserable game against the Waratahs the past weekend and the Hurricanes was despite their win against the Stormers not that good either,

The Bulls went into hiding against the Chiefs - but beat the Sharks convincingly the last time they played.

The Stormers lost against the Hurricanes - but the Blues is on the way up in New Zealand and can the Stormers beat them?

The Jaguares is hard to beat at home and will not disappear against the Chiefs like the Bulls did

The only team I would back  to win at present is the Waratahs beating the Sunwolves.   I have a sneaky suspicion the  Reds will beat the Rebels as well.   A visit to SA is a hard grind for a team and that places a question mark as to their ability to win immediately after their return.    The Reds looks much better than their log points indicate.

Maybe one should go for the Crusaders, Waratahs and Reds this coming week - but am not sure I will - I first wants to see the teams.

Ed due to power outages i didn't see the Mighty Stormers game. Then when i tried to tape the game one night there were power outages again that switched off the TV.

Probably saved me a heap of frustrations. Mighty Stormers should not be loosing to the H urricane Puffs.

Rooitwit seems to be riding a lucky streak! Best he sticks with rugby, as lvttle as he understands the game, as his political pontifications have been disastrous!
