It is very funny. In an other thread, statistics were deemed meaningless because of context. But here, the statistics are absolute, no context attached to it.

Arbitrariness runs so deep in liberals...

It is another excellent example to mention how liberals rely on escalation.

Joining the police forces can not be carte blanche to shoot and kill people. It will not be sustainable.

If anything, circumstances matter: for a police officer joining the police forces to shoot people and kill people under the colour of authority, the police officer must face situations that could work as a cover.

The statistics provide obviously no discrimination between various situations. So for this one, contrary to the other case, these statistics mean nothing. They reflect that many situations are not appropriate to be used as cover for a police officer who wants to kill someone under the colour of authority. Which is the case by the way.

Hollywood can absolutely do that if they wish….the laws are clear. But they don’t because it would crush their stocks… so what’s more moral loving guns or hating guns but promoting them to make money.

Go woke, go broke. It is very funny because liberals push forward economical power and yet dismiss the consequences.

See how liberals work: if ever these movie dudes change their mind, they would be punished by the same people who want to express economic power.

They are the ones promoting go woke, go broke and yet they blame other people for the consequences.

But it's not just about those who actually do get to discharge their firearms at humans but about joining in an effort to increase the likelihood of being able to do that.

What a stupid and immature statement to make

Why not just say that a "considerable minority" of human beings around the world, in all the various countries, apply to legally own a firearm, so that they can end up at some point legally shooting another human being......

Your attempt to just paint the American first responders into this bracket is really quite pathetic.

So Anger your thesis is a large minority of policemen have joined the force for less than a 1 % chance they will get to shoot at a human.Utter nonsense once again

You cannot script this level of stupidity

One would think he is just trolling here, but sadly...not.... he really is this dumb

In America, as a normal public citizen, you could legally get a licensed firearm and use it to either "stand your ground" or if you really wanted to, you could roam the streets daily looking for anything to "assist" you with providing you with an opportunity to legally shoot someone with your firearm and get away with it, provided that the threat was imminent and reasonable, and that the force is proportional..... which would really not be too difficult to do if you ventured towards the nearby drug dens or high crime areas.

However, according to Stav's stupid logic .....you would rather take the time out and go through the entire process to become a police officer..... just to do the exact same thing.

So ... let's summarise this ridiculous stupidity

Any public citizen could very easily go out and look for any opportunity to legally shoot someone with their legally licensed firearm, but if you want to believe Stav then you would do this instead below.

This process takes 3 - 12 months

  1. Get your high school diploma
  2. Get a valid driver's license
  3. Pass all background checks
  4. Pass all physical checks
  5. Pass all medical checks
  6. Pass all psychological checks
  7. Pass all drug tests
  8. Process your application
  9. Pass the written exams
  10. Get through the interview process
  11. Pass all polygraphs

Then, for the next 18 - 21 weeks, you would enter the police academy... where there are 800 to 900 hours of instruction, from firearms training, defensive tactics, de-escalation, driving, first-aid, etc etc

Then you would go through the field training from 3 - 18 months ..... a probationary period as a "Rookie"

So the process could take you anywhere from 6 months to 2 years.....and Stav would have you believe that a portion of people are going through this whole process .....specifically just to legally shoot someone...... when you could do that as a normal citizen on any day of the week....

The stupidity on display here is astounding.
