Just as an aside - coronaviruses were discovered in the sixties. By April 2020, no working vaccine had ever been produced to combat coronaviruses, largely because of how quickly these viruses mutate and change and the difficulty of handling respiratory infections in this way.

60 years, nothing.

A few months later - multiple vaccines that are "safe and effective".

"Plum's headaches" are just one side effect. The other is frequent chest discomfort. Taking everything into account, the doctors agree that the the most likely cause of my change in health was the vaccine. In second place they rate that Covid itself could have caused it but the fact there I hadn't have COVID at that point yet(not to my knowledge) combined with the headaches and chest issues starting on the day I got the jab...the Jab is the most likely cause. I wish I'd never have taken that damn thing. If I don't work out regularly then my heart rate is is in the low hypertensive rage already. I think the jab may have pushed things over the edge. DA, your point about side effects is taken but a runny stomach and cardiovascular issues aren't quite in the same league, if you know what I mean? Sure, it's anecdotal and I'm probably in the minority. However, I won't be taking any more jabs and I'll be discouraging everybody else from allowing rushed versions of vaccines to be pushed on them. I'll be willing to renegotiate when things get to zombie apocalypse levels.

Stav...ever with the woke reasoning. Do tell us more about the "breathed air on the day he died" logic and do some mental gymnastics to convince us it's not the cheap employment of yet another of your false equivalencies. ...and go!!!

"However, I won't be taking any more jabs..."

Same here Plum

I do still believe that the vaccines saved a lot more lives..... but I am not in favour of how rushed it was.

"DA, your point about side effects is taken but a runny stomach and cardiovascular issues aren't quite in the same league, if you know what I mean?"

My point is, that despite these possible "serious" side effects, for a very common every day drug....people are still very relaxed about taking this medication all the time, after decades of this drug being on the market....

So the possibl e side effects of this paracetamol, which include cardiovascular issues,,,,against the side effects of a headache from the vaccine are not quite in comparison, unless there are any other proven side effects from the vaccine.

I didn't manage to catch the game this weekend. Was away.

But I will defos see it this week. Well done to Munster. It's far better for the competition to have one of your sides win this one.

Really didn't think the all-SA final previously was a good look either.

I'll be watching every Irish game at the WC too. They're easily been the most compelling side over the last 4 years. Compact, accurate...brave. Right now, if you don't like watching the Irish play then you simply don't like rugby. And you'll probably find that everyone here agrees(I hope so anyway, but we do have DDA fans on this site...IE anything is possible).

Still, what WP has been doing is exactly what I'd like to see more of in SA Rugby. Some reports I read did mention that it appeared the Stormers lost the battle of nerves. Which is the better of the battles to lose because they don't have to change too much going into next season.

OH, I read that RG was huge. He'll also know your secrets at the WC my friend
