5    Why are most of the arrested people still in jail for two years after their arrest without being charged of any offence - is that not what is normal in a Police State?

What lies he fucking died, can you claim the stress he was under (or the physical exertion) wasn't directly responsible for his death. No rioters beat him to death but their actions have to be considered a major contributing factor.

Also what lies they stated he died of  a heart attack didn't they? The fact he died during the incident would natural be linked to the riot untill a autopsy was performed, maybe he had some injuries from the riot which made people think the rioters had killed him by assaulting him.

I do believe that the policeman involved in this fatal shooting could have fired one or two warning shots, which could possibly have prevented anyone trying to gain further access or at least deter them from trying to.... but do I blame him... no.

Nobody was put in that impossible situation, and nobody will ever imagine what utter fear was going through his mind at that time, and remember that it is also very possible that he had already seen how his other fellow officers were being handled by that mob of people.

Babbit definitely didn't deserve to die for her act of stupidity, but at the same time, if you want to pull a stunt like storming a government building, especially at a time like the....with the vice president inside, amongst many other prominent figures, you better know that the outcome could, should or would always end in either serious harm, injury, or even death.

A unnecessary loss of life

I was totally imressed by the violence inside the capitol alleged by the site members.   It was obvious that there was no violence involved - it obviously was a propaganda exercize based on political lies.  

I would prefer that a proper Judicial enquiry be held to investigate what really happened with people being put under oath with proper legal representation being present.   From what I saw the violence was by a few "vagrants" and the FBI should indicate whether the vagrants was arrested and charged.   You can be sure the man with the Hangman noose going for Pence was not arrested and charged either.    Why was the chief inciter of entry into the Capitol not arrested and charged either?
