...or, maybe you're just wrong?

So lets for arguments sake say I am but then you'd have to say I'm wrong about J6 as well.

Cha man.

Well Mike

As expected Harris conceded without issue, and Biden has also spoken to Trump to congratulate him on his victory, both Harris and Biden have expressed a commitment to a smooth and peaceful transition of power.

Where is this effort to undermine the vote?

"As of November 7, 2024, former President Donald Trump has not been found guilty by any court for inciting the January 6, 2021, insurrection at the U.S. Capitol. He was impeached by the House of Representatives on January 13, 2021, for "incitement of insurrection," but the Senate acquitted him on February 13, 2021, with a 57-43 vote, falling short of the two-thirds majority required for conviction."

Of course, Denise disagrees with the Senate. I guess somebody must have paid them. Perhaps the Trump crime family?
Orange man is so guilty, isn't he, Denise?
I mean, he wasn't found guilty, despite all his words being pubic knowledge and there being zero evidence still unturned.
...but he's guilty, right?

Such a laughable defence. Why would anyone need to pay republicans in the senate to vote not guilty when the majority of them where always going to vote not guilty along partisan political lines anyway.
Love it when people trying to imply a not guilty verdict in an impeachment trial in the senate is sort of equivalent to a not guilty verdict in a court of law.
Imagine if criminal court cases had jury's where 50% of the jurors where relatives of the victim, 50% where relatives of the accused and to secure a guilty verdict you needed 66% of the jury to find the defendant guilty.
I mean I'm sure no one have any issues with that.

In the eyes of the law Trump must and should be presumed innocent until found guilty of a crime. That doesn't stop someone from having a personal opinion.

I sense his frustration and angst....my heart bleeds.

Actually, I'm not ignoring him, I'm indifferent, which is a lot worse.

Really... because Trump has not yet been found guilty and locked away for any crime, up until today..... from any evidence that has been brought to light from all these various agencies.... but you said in that other post that I cannot say that because his cases have not yet been concluded.....

That is my opinion, and that opinion is 100% factual up until me typing this response here....... yet you say I cannot say that ..... becaus e his cases have not yet concluded......but now you say that it shouldn't stop someone from having an opinion......what bollocks.

Make up your mind, you are all over the place

Really... because Trump has not yet been found guilty and locked away for any crime, up until today..... from any evidence that has been brought to light from all these various agencies.

The wording of your posts implies that reason Trump has not yet been locked up for any crime is due to evidence or lack thereof uncovered by various investigation. That's not the case. The evidence never got to be presented at trial for it be scrutinized (excluding the hush money payment trial).

but you said in that other post that I cannot say that because his cases have not yet been concluded.....

First you said after all the money spent on investigating Trump nothing up till now had put Trump behind bars. I responded that's more to do with the slowness of the American legal system (as opposed to the legal merits of the cases)

You then said nothing was found that stood up under heavy scrutiny from all the different agencies...to actually get him legally charged and locked up.

I was simply pointing out that there was cases/evidence outstanding that could potentially get him locked up that have not yet made it to court, so you can't the cases\investigation\evidence against Trump don't stand up. Its a factually inaccurate statement. How can you say that when multiple outstanding cases against Trump that could result in jail time had not yet gone to trial. Its like calling the result of a football match before the match begins.

That is my opinion, and that opinion is 100% factual up until me typing this response here....... yet you say I cannot say that ..... because his cases have not yet concluded......but now you say that it shouldn't stop someone from having an opinion......what bollocks.

Well I can't stop you from having that opinion, but what you would be saying is factually wrong. How had you said in your second response to me that "up till now" nothing has stood up in court, that would have been factually accurate.

You can by all mean's can have an opinion on whether Trump is guilty or not, you can have an opinion on whether the evidence or cases against him are credible or not. But when you say nothing was found up that stands up to scrutiny from all the investigations different agencies, that's simply not factual.

Hilarious stuff... I can't wait for the next four years. The left MSM is gonna sell old Denise so much more stuff, which she'll no doubt swallow it all whole and regurgitate said on his board... Hey, remember when you plebs believed that Trump was encouraging people to drink/inject bleach..? I mean, I know that you can't allow yourselves to see how absolutely retarded that is, but it really is...and it's damn funny!!! Oh, I'd love to have been a fly on the walls of your minds over the last few days.
