The premature ejaculation by the Trumpanzees on this forum shortly after the release of the Mueller report was expected and I'm sure Trumpanzees all over the USA reacted in a similar manner . . . Bozo is exonerated, Barr is a hero, we were right all along . . . blah blah blah.

What these dull-witted Trumpanzees are too stupid to realise is that the report does not exonerate Trump and rather exposes him as the weak, easily-manipulated fool that he is. While Mueller ultimately didn't have a mandate to charge Bozo with a crime, he certainly provided a document that - even after Bozo's stooge William Barr blacked out the worst bits - is still basically a recommendation to Congress to impeach Bozo.

The Mueller report is split into two volumes. Volume 1 concerns collusion and Volume 2 concerns obstruction of justice.

Volume 1 concludes that the Russian government "interfered in the 2016 presidential election in sweeping and systematic fashion" and "violated US criminal law." There were two methods used. Firstly, a Russian organization called Internet Research Agency waged a "social media campaign that favored presidential candidate Donald J Trump and disparaged presidential candidate Hillary Clinton." Secondly, the Russian Intelligence Service (GRU) hacked email accounts of Democrat campaign employees including campaign chairman John Podesta and also hacked the computer networks of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and the Democratic National Committee. As a result, the GRU obtained hundreds of thousands of hacked documents and released the documents that were the most damaging to Hillary Clinton through WikiLeaks and other Russian owned outlets.

To establish whether the Trump campaign committed any crimes, Mueller's investigators applied the framework of conspiracy law, not collusion because collusion "is not a specific offense or theory of liability found in the United States Code, nor is it a term of art in federal criminal law" so basically all of Bozo's daily whining about "no collusion" was nothing but self-pitying ignorance because collusion was never even on the table. The investigation found numerous instances of contact between Trump campaign officials and Russian government employees and also confirmed that Bozo's idiot sons Jr and Eric cited or retweeted content that was only available on the IRA-controlled social media accounts . . . but "the evidence was insufficient to show an illegal conspiracy" . . . except of course in the cases of Bozo's campaign chairman Paul Manafort and his sidekick Richard Gates who were found guilty of criminal offenses and are now serving time in jail.

So basically Bozo knew about the Russian interference and either covered his own tracks well enough not to get indicted or else was too stupid to know what was going on.

Volume 2 starts off by transcribing Bozo's reaction to the news that Mueller had been appointed to investigate Russian interference. Bozo's words (to Jeff Sessions) were: "Oh my God. This is terrible. This is the end of my presidency. I'm fucked. You were supposed to protect me". Protect you from what, Bozo?

On obstruction of justice the report "does not conclude that the President committed a crime, and it also does not exonerate him." The Mueller investigation basically chickened out of charging Bozo with a crime because a sitting president can't be indicted and because a criminal charge would hinder a sitting president's "capacity to govern and potentially preempt constitutional process for addressing presidential misconduct". Bozo was not exonerated and the only reason he wasn't charged with a crime was because of the damage it might cause to the country.

While the Trumpanzees are having a massive circle-jerk, Bozo's approval rating has gone into free-fall and the calls for his impeachment are getting louder by the day. All the signs are that the so-called "lightly redacted" Mueller report will be the nail in Bozo's coffin and if the unredacted version had been released he'd be gone already.

Still winning, Trumpanzees?

LMAO!

Rooinek

I am afraid you got it wrong again in quoting the above article and it is going to backfire again.   What did  Mueller actually found:-

*    That there was Russian interference in the electronic field in the election

*     That there was no evidence that Trump or any of his election staff in collusion with the Russians and consequently no basis to charge  Trump criminally with anything.

That is clear from the report.  Nobody not charged could be accused and charged with an offence in obstructing the investigation -  it is just not legally possible.   A person not accused or guilty of collusion  cannot be charged for obstruction of an investigation.

I am afraid that there is in fact no reason why Russia should prefer Trump ahead of Clinton as president,   Fact  is  that they benefitted from a deal that allowed them to buy 20% of the US uranium  reserve with the approval of Obama and facilitated by Clinton.   That is going to cause a major problem for the Clintons since their Foundation got paid $145 million for that deal.

That represent a solid reason for Clinton to win - once bribed you stay bribed  or will be blackmailed to do so.   The other farce is that Trump has done nothing to benefit Russia in any way since he became President,   Major fact is there was an upgrading on major scale of the US defense force,   How would that benefit Russia?

The funny part is that the shenanigans of the Obama administration and the Clintons will now come under investigation and they and their supporters in the media is going to get into deeper legal trouble they ever was.

I am not a Trump supporter - never was - but the .Democrats  are self-destructing themselves and  it is  going to cross them dearly in the elections in 2020.          .

The Rasmussen Poll has Trump at 49%.

This was the most accurate poll in the 2016 election.

Trump heading for a landslide win.

Looking forward to the indictments now that the real criminals are being investigated.

Poor ou rooijackass, has anybody ever made a bigger loon of himself than this prize jackass. Hahahahahaha the oak is a natural comic.

Beeno that national poll is problematic.   Nearly 40% of the Democratic Party voters are in Chicago,  New York and California.   That effectively mean the rating on national level is problematic for them.   That makes a huge difference in what happened in the composition of the Electoral College despite the fact that it represents 104 representatives.   To get to the magic 270 they have to win in more than 21 of the remaining  47 states - they won 21 in 2016 and it was not enough,

So Trump at 49 is actually a lot stronger in winning in more of the 47 states than he did in 2016   .

You have to be very careful not to duplicate or even match your biggest and most epic fail yet Rooinek...….

You should honestly just shut up...…… and leave Trump, as a topic..... alone for now.... because I think he has seriously hurt your credibility enough already on this forum, and probably to your friends, colleagues and family as well, considering how you have already performed on here

This egg will be dripping off your ugly mug for a few weeks after this...…..

Yours.... is a shocking example to young children all around the world...….. ... of how not to grow up as an adult...… and act on...….or get brainwashed...... by the media ….. and then proceed to make a complete and utter dick of yourself in front of everyone, either in person, or on the internet

A true classic...….. and fucking hilarious

For the delusional Trumpanzees who still think Bozo came out of the Mueller investigation smelling like roses, here is some reading material that might open your eyes and help you to understand why Bozo is still bleating and whining about the report's findings like a pathetic little child who has been sent to the naughty corner.

Not having much to do I looked at the election results in 2016 -

Republic Party

Won by more than 20%             =    17 states

Won by between 10 and 19%    =     2  states

Won by between  5 and 9%       =     4  states

Won by less than 5%                 =      4 states

The four states won by less than  5% are -

Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin

Democratic Party

Won by more than 20%             =     7 states

Won by between 10 and 19%    =     7  states

Won by between  5 and 9%       =     1  state

Won by less than 5%                 =      6 states

The six states won by less than  5% are -

Colorado, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire and  Virginia

Research and Polls done in connection with Voter Attitudes

There  has been determined  that in the 2016 election the attitude of voters in the Latino and African Americans have changed substantially.   In general the results were influenced by a string of propaganda  about -

*    Trump being a racialist and a thread to females; and

*    Many Latino's would be sent back to the countries they came from.

The above resulted in the following outcomes in the elections:-

*    In the African-American voters case 94% of the female voters voted for Clinton, while 81% of the male voters voted for her; and

*    Amongst the Latino voters Clinton got 65% of the votes as against 35% supporting Trump

Results of research indicate that the support amongst the two categories are at present as follows:-

African Americans     =     Democrats   80%    -    Republicans     20%

Latino's                       =     Democrats   50%    -    Republicans     50%

The change have been caused by the economic improvement in the communities involved and the fact that most of the fear mongering  of the DP has largely failed to produce the results the Democratic Party claimed it would.

There is another large problem that has plagued those communities for years,   The Democrats have used the voters from those two components as voting fodder and have between elections not dome much to improve their living environment.

According to the poll by Rasmussen is anything to go by then there is a 4% increase in the popularity of  Trump and it should be borne in mind was the sole polling agents in the USA that forecasted that Trump would win the 2016 election.   The rest of the polling agencies gave Clinton to win by between  5 and 20 percentage points and they are going the same route for 2020 as they did in 2016.

Evaluation

If the above is borne in mind  -

*    none of the 4 states the Republicans won in 2016 are under thread of going to the Democratic Party in 2020; and

*   the Democrats will lose all six states where their majority was less than 5%;.

That in fact may  represent a loss of a further  45 Electoral College votes.

There are about 4 Democratic states that would become "battle ground states" if the above evaluation is borne in mind.     In this category are states like Delaware, Connecticut, New Jersey and Oregon.

The funny part is that there is a big noise about the ten “instances of possible obstruction” which has, according to the NYT now become “about a dozen" (.....The report by Robert S. Mueller III, the special counsel, explored about a dozen episodes in which President Trump’s actions raised concerns about obstruction of justice). Nobody really discuss those instances. When you follow the links in the article that Rooinek quoted, you are led to another NYT article which discusses those instances. Even the NYT declares there is only possible improper intent present in them. Remember that that is concluded by Mueller and his full team of anti Trumpers. It clearly indicates that even they could not find enough definitive evidence of improper intent. The irony is that Cory Lewandowski has already publicly denied that he put pressure on Sessions (Trump instructed former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski to have Sessions publicly announce that,....). In other words, Lewandowski has actually publicly accused Mueller of lying. Then there is, of course, the case of Jerome Corsi. Mueller tried to push him into a plea deal on a false accusation and Corsi called their bluff by refusing the deal and challenging them to charge him. Nothing came of it and they left him alone. They effectively tried to get him to lie on their behalf. It is nowhere near in the interest of the American people for the Dems or the media to keep pushing this agenda but I personally hope they do.
