Saw this earlier and it reminded me of something.
They're repeating the same mistakes that were made with HIV diagnosis early on. That is to say, diagnosing on symptoms and NOT testing. That mistake wasted years and plenty money.
Surely such an easily avoidable and obvious variable shouldn't be allowed this time around.
It's leaving decision making on shakier ground than is necessary and costing wartime sums of money in the process. Meanwhile, "leaders" are afraid to stick their necks out because they envisage themselves being blamed for death figures containing many zeros.
What's the high science that I'm missing here? Cos I can't see it.
Can you think of a more important figure than the one relating to EXACTLY how many people this is killing?
I can't. So how on earth, in 2020, do we not know?
And their excuse is lame too.
Apparently they're struggling to meet demand. BS. That's only the case because they've not prioritised testing correctly. They're randomly testing the public and then don't have sufficient tests remaining to confirm Covid mortalities. Fk me, oversight much?
How about, we know exactly the mortality rate and go from there.
