They definitely line their pockets as they do with kickbacks from foreign aid they dole out as well.
But why did they bait Putin into invading the Ukraine. Obviously Russia has not joined the Globalist club and they imagined this all would severely damage Putin and lead to regime change and the installation of some Globalist to lead Russia.
They clearly have failed yet again.
