There was various statements on progress made by the Turkish Government until the Ukraine Foreign Minister was instructed by the US Government to withdraw from attending the Turkish negotiations. Why not look up what happened during those negotiations?
As to the allegations that the USA sabotaged the agreement signed by Zelenskyy and Putin two weeks before the war started - you first claim their was no such agreement signed and then went quiet on it because it would imply that Macron lied about the agreement. . Why would Zelenskyy breached that agreement twice within a week from signing it? He obviously did not do so on his own. He was instructed to breach the agreement by his paymasters in Washington. In any event Fox News in an article claimed that Biden embarrassed Macron by the latter's conduct. Biden in a Public meeting claimed that the war was inevitable., while Macron was trying to prevent it. That Fox News report was in a week to 14 fdays befcore the Invasion. .
