Well if Musk takes a company like Disney, Microsoft or KPMG to court, they have big budgets to fight court cases. It is likely that Twitter would ever win a case, because many of these companies were following government orders - so it was legal - even "if" it was not morally correct.

This is how VisKop's brain works...
1) Company fires employee for Twitter post/s that don't align with their espoused political values.
2) Employee sues company on the basis of unfair dismissal.
3) Musk funds the employee's legal costs.
4) Company countersues Twitter...for umm...something.

There is a difference between paying someone's legal fees and opening litigation proceedings.
How in the fuck are you going to countersue someone that is not suing you?

People are going to court against employers for unfair dismissal, amongst other things.
The government never said to fire employees if they said things like Covid was not as dangerous to young people as the media were making it out to be.
So, no, you blithering baboon...companies were not being directed by governments to fire employees that disagreed with the official narrative.
