....unfortunately he then coughs up the ball. But can we now admit he is 116kgs and a whole lot smaller than Snyman. Etzebeth and Snyman look like the ideal Bok pair, with the hyper Steph playing an impact role.

Time for BS to stop on this site. Du Toit's weight before the game started was gioven as 120kgs. I do believe that you continue with that lie - but it is really stupid and will not prove anything.
I think that your long-lasting hatred of Du Toit is not going to change the factual situation - namely that Etzebeth and Du Toit would be the Springbok lock combination.

Wrong I'm quoting the commentator Mong. I have no hatred for Steph, I admired his grandfather, and it would be great if he succeeded, but somebody has to tell the truth.
Certainly the stats before the game had him at 120kgs, and they had Etzebeth at 117....they are a marketing tool. The commentator obviously knows the real number.
Last week he was called the best 5 in the world based on his performance against second rate locks. Today he came up against a younger and better lock...it's that simple.

Did the commentator give Du Toit's weight - Liar? He is a class act and he did better than the BS you spout about him. You never ever said anything positive about Du Toit - and came up with lies such as long neck, thin shoulders and thin wrists in the past in a constant hate campaign.
He was the only Stormers forward who really did his job. Etzebeth was not present today - I do not think he is matchfit yet. Burger buggered up virtually every time he touched a ball and the other two Stormers loosies were substandard. So stop blaming Du Toit for losing the match - village idiot.

Yes Queer, he did , he said" 116kgs of Steph du Toit injects himself into the game" ...I tried to exp lain to you it was a quote, but you are too thick to get it.
As for the game Schalk was effective all game, took a ball right off Liggies for a penalty. Malherbe was solid.....Steph was outplayed by Snyman.

Standard BS always, Still a liar and will always b e one.

The Stormers were dominated upfront ... Pieter Steff Du Toit was the only one trying to get front foot ball. He threw himself into the match heart and soul ... but sadly stood alone.
It's a lot easier to play your game when you have a pack going forward ... and someone in support.
Marcell squashed Kebble ... Schalk was his usual useless self ... the so called talented Du Plessis was poor on the day ... Kolbe was feeble at best ...
Let's face it ... you've been against PSDT right from the start ... anything positive you have to say about him would be a shock to us all.

CC
His hate campaign against Du Toit has been ongoing since he became a threat to Kiewiet Matfield for selection to the Springbok team. He never changes his mind about players irrespective of what is happening at present - to that end he would invent lies and misrepresentations in his effort to discredit players.
He started off saying that Du Toit had thin wrists and shoulders - when that argument did not bear fruit he then said he has a long neck causing him to be taller and that he weighs 114 kg. When that did not work he finds an out-of-date site that indicates his weight as 116 kgs. Even though the weight before the match was given as 120kgs - his heading of this thread is another lie.
For him Matfield at 105 kgs was a top lock and he turned his weightinto 112 kgs - even though Matfield himself indicated his playing weight was 105 to 108 kgs throughout his career. Before his mataches after return from retreent was consistently given as 105 kgs.
For him the 105 kg Matfield was top class - the 120kgs Du Toit is too light to be a lock. Ever heard so much Mozart BS before?

It's fine trying to pull off hero plays like the run down the touchline if they come off....but that really had no chance of succeeding. Stephanie screwed up a kickoff, lost two of his lineouts, caused three other turnovers and was unnecessarily bundled into touch. Honestly his ball losses killed much of the slight momentum the Stormers managed to create.
You and others think he had a good game because he played bravely. I understand that, and perhaps that even motivated his team. But in the end it was a mistake filled effort, whereas Snyman who you don't mention was ruthlessly clinical and effective.
You ask me to be objective, I ask you the same.
