He completed this maneuver about 6 months ago which is perhaps the best arial ever completed. He is the youngest world champ ever, and also the oldest- with 12 annual international championship awards.
He has been fortunate to not get any very serious injuries in his career. He eats a caveman diet/Paleo Diet instead of high carb diet recommended in many sports. This makes him lean instead of bulking up as one gets older.

Nope the less 30 year olds you have in your rugby test side the better. Players post 30 are past it and invariably deprive better youngsters from taking our game to a higher level.
Far too much emphasis is placed on experience, for this is all these players have to offer over youth.
The only 30 plus players worthy of their spots are Bismark and Habana end of.

I think these examples are simply men who are still extremely fit and fortunate enough to have escaped the career ending injuries that some others in their sports have done. They are the exceptions that prove the rule.
In every walk of life we have them, but it doesn't mean that the elderly sportsman are the way forward ! What it means is that yes, they have ( or should have ), masses of experience, which can make the difference between winning and losing but they do not all have the physical attributes to fill our Squads. That is just silly.
I don't always agree with Saffex when he champions youth over experience, because I am a much more conservative individual than he is....he will attest to that and is always telling me so ! But a player has to know when to stand aside and make room for the younger generation, so that they can gain that experience too.
I think you're trying to prove a point that isn't really viable, Mozart !

I can tell you something, when I'm in my thirties I will still be far stronger than JJ, Lambie, Goosen and Jantjies ever could be in their 20s. Your testosterone starts to drop in your later 30s and early 40s. The argument that youngsters are always better physical specimens is pure idiocy and has no basis in any field of study pertaining to human performance.
