to be fair i have really think vermeulen has added that edge to the bok pack that spies lacked. i dont see spies getting his jumper back to be honest

i really think spies sould really consider moving to the backline www.youtube.com/watch

he has some speed and really does not like the in your face style of play and we really can use his size and speed to much better effect. his father was a world class winger and pierre himself was a great winger intill meyer had the idea of converting him to a 8th man.

Muncher as much as I would like not to agree with you, you leave me little choice here.  I think this has been a very bad mistake. Spies may well have been a world class wing. Cant see it happening now.

All this loose trio of ours lacks is a bit of pace otherwise it is doing a great job. Vermuelen is doing a huge amount of dirty work. The problem is I dont think Coetzee is being used correctly. I would like to see him used as an attacking force more than just a defensive weapon with a huge work rate. He is a natural number 8 and has the speed to operate at times with the backs.

I guess if the pack were to be on top when he comes on we could start to see that happening. However our pack does not play for 80 minutrs and barely manages 40 right now. Wonder how it will go against England. Boks tend to rise to the challenge of playing England.  They have that Mike attitude re the poms!!!
