"We have selected players whose handling is what you call BS.   The moment you select a player like Juan de Jongh in the team - write off the team"....this from Maaik. Tokkie promise us you will always predict South African losses. Bwaaaahahahahahahahaha.

Yeah Mikey got that one a wee bit wrong! Actually De Jongh had a good tournament! Handling faults happen from time to time....to all players!

Not quite as bad as his call when he told us Adi Jacobs had a terrible game against Oz, when he wasn't even playing, or when he had Morne joining a Paris soccer club....but probab ly his silliest call of the year!

Look stooge - - I looked at a number of games in Dubai as well as the Kenya fiasco - and the findings was loud and clear about De Jongh was sheer and utter BS.  He is not up to standard and cost us almost as dearly as Matfield caused what happened to the Saints the past weekend.
The fact is I do not look at single incidents - but performance in games over a period.   Dubhai caused the loss against the USA in Dubai and with his performance against Kenya in the round-robin game - it was the final straw insofar as I am concerned.   He is as useless a center as Matfield is - but the latter is no lock either.
