Having proved to you conclusively the existence of God (Only God could have crerated the Universe out of nothing  -there had to be an agent) I would like to make thing a little easier for you to grasp.

We humans are male and female. Male and female together can reproduce. Hence rooitwit the explanation fo you gracing the planet with your prescence.

Now please explain  to me how this evolved?

Its a nice easy question which should not be too difficult for the oaks.

In fact i will help you out by saying we were created and did not evolve.

However please feel free to give me your views on this matter.

Baboon-ou, it may be a nice easy question in your world but your atrocious spelling, grammar and general stupidity make it very difficult for others to understand. What exactly are you asking me . . . and what the heck is a "travellor"?

I suspect you're asking me how asexual reproduction evolved into sexual reproduction. Well, given that nearly all of my scientific and biological beliefs are very mainstream, why don't you you just go read up what Wikipedia says about Reproduction?

Now I have a question for you. If your god produced Adam and Eve who in turn produced Cain and Abel, where did Cain's wife come from, the mother of Enoch? Who created her?

Sorry rooitwit but answer me how human reproduction evolved. Do it here so everyone can benefit from your contribution.

Thanks

Snapster man do you guys ever bother to think!

In Genesis 4:16-17 it says,

"Then Cain went out from the presence of the Lord, and settled in the land of Nod, east of Eden. 17And Cain had relations with his wife and she conceived, and gave birth to Enoch; and he built a city, and called the name of the city Enoch, after the name of his son."

Genesis tells us that Adam and Eve had two sons: Cain and Abel. Cain killed Abel, was exiled by God, and then in Genesis 4:17 we read that Cain had relations with his wife. Where did Cain get his wife? The answer is simple: Cain married either his sister or a niece.

In Genesis 5:4 we see that Adam had other sons and daughters.

"This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day when God created man, He made him in the likeness of God. 2He created them male and female, and He blessed them and named them Man in the day when they were created. 3When Adam had lived one hundred and thirty years, he became the father of a son in his own likeness, according to his image, and named him Seth. 4Then the days of Adam after he became the father of Seth were eight hundred years, and he had other sons and daughters. 5So all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years, and he died," (Gen. 5:1-5).

Since Adam lived several hundred years, having lots of children was not a problem. The Genesis account does not tell us about the order of the births, nor does it tell us how old they were. It was the ancient custom to often extract relevant information (sometimes out of order) to emphasize a point. By having many children, it is certainly possible that there were many women around. This would mean that Cain married a sister, niece, or some other relation; and their children had children, etc.

Of course at this point, the question of inbreeding is raised. It was not a problem early on in the human race because the genetic line was so pure. Therefore, the prohibition against incest was not proclaimed until much later (Lev. 18:6-18) when inbreeding started to become a problem.

Could this expalin the problem we have with ou rooitiwt. Bwahahahhaahhaha

Now can ou rooitwit please how humans came to  reproduce. Please give the evidence as t o how this evloved.

"Now can ou rooitwit please how humans came to  reproduce. Please give the evidence as to how this evloved."

LMAO!

Well Baboon-ou, you see, when a man evloves a woman . . . hang on . . . are you sure you need me to explain how this works? Were you never taught about the birds and the bees?

If you really need evidence that a man has ever evloved a woman then I can put up some links but they wouldn't really be appropriate for a family website like this.

So Cain married his sister or his niece you say? Ummmm . . . who could his niece have been? A niece implies a brother or sister who would have . . . ahem . . . "evloved" someone else to have begat said niece. So who would that someone else have been? Sounds like a lot of "evloving" between very close family members to me. Doesn't your god frown on incest, Baboon-ou . . . or was incest with sisters, nieces and mothers okay back then?

Oh and for the third time, what is a "travellor"?

Funny how it was later when inbreeding came  to be a problem and was at that point forbidden by the bible that you take your cue from the bible. Yes that is how it happened. Adam lived a long time and so did his sons. Hence lots of men and women aroundNo problem at all.Next.
But how only would Adam and Eve had to live according to evolution before they "evolved" enough to reproduce. Bwahhahahahahaha

How silly these yokles are.

So we see Adam and Eve had many children thsoe children alao had children so why oh why should it be difficult for Cain to find a wife.
Re incest - a biblical notioon - it was only stopped as it later caused inbreeding.
But face facts oaks there is no problem here at all.
Further there is no way evolution accounts for human reproduction.
Another game set and match to Beeno. It was inevitable

Nonsense Beano – I do not have a Bible in front of me or I would help you out with chapter & verse … so I’m going to wing it.

It is written that God created Man (a man animal for lack of a better word) and that He created them (plural) male and female.

Then a little later it is written that he took a man from (the man animal horde) and breathed the Spirit of life into him (an individual) and he became a living soul. In other words the singular man animal He took from the horde was changed by the process of the Spirit being breathed into him.

It is then written that he wanted a partner for his newly created man … but chose not to take a female from the horde of man animals over yonder … instead he put this newly formed man to sleep and removed a rib to form a special woman from it.

She too was different because she had been created from this changed man. "Flesh of my Flesh"

When Cain was banished after killing his brother he went into the great beyond and came across cities of these "man animals" and from them he took a wife.

No one was banging anyone's sister.

You should really try to concentrate a little more when reading God’s Word. It’ll reveal many a hidden thing.

I can't say for sure weather or not God exists, or weather Jesus Christ was the son of God, but what I can say with some certainty is that the bible is full of shart!
Leviticus 18:22 “‘Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable.

Beeno I am sure you'll agree with this statement proclaiming h o m o s e xuality to be wrong? But just a few lines later in Leviticus it states the following.
Leviticus 25:44 “‘Your male and female slaves are to come from the nations around you; from them you may buy slaves. 45 You may also buy some of the temporary residents living among you and members of their clans born in your country, and they will become your property. 46 You can bequeath them to your children as inherited property and can make them slaves for life, but you must not rule over your fellow Israelites ruthlessly

Here is my question. Why is being g a y wrong, according to the bible, but having slaves is just dandy? Christians defy the bible by being against slavery, but still conde mn being g a y. What gives Christians the right pick which parts of the bible they adhere to, and which parts they ignore?
Just to illustrate another contradiction;
Leviticus19:36 Use honest scales and honest weights, an honest ephah and an honest hin.  I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt.

If God approves of slavery (leviticus 25:44), why did he have to save his people from Egypt (Slavery) (Leviticus 19:36)? Looks very much like double standards to me. Basically, the bible is "full of shart!"

The Bible is neither a science manual, nor a history book, but it is however the one single manuscript that had the biggest influence in shaping the western civilization into what we see today. Without it, the world would have been a way different place and I'm convinced not for the better by a very long yard.

There will always be more questions than answers.

We have no choice but to accept them ... for now ... with the hopes of an answer coming to the fore later.

I mean ... who can explain Beandips idiocy?

Can you?

The man's off his rocker. He's always been 5 beers shy of a six pack.

Is it hereditary?

Who knows.

Was his DNA accidentally spliced with some inanimate object ... like a clutch plate?

It will probably never be explained ... yet we have no choice but to accept it.

I am not sure I agree Db, Christianity has PLENTY of blood on its hands. If any of the other major religions was to have taken the lead in place of Christianity things would have been much the same.
Anyway, assuming you are right, how can anyone put their faith into a book that has so many obvious contradictions? In other words you are saying, its probably bullshart, but I'll follow it anyway.
They could have left out all the BS and given us the 10 commandments to follow, and we probably be in a better place.

Bwahahahahaha @ Clean "Was his DNA accidentally spliced with some inanimate object ... like a clutch plate?"

Brilliant!!!
I can quite happily live with your ideal. Take the message, but keep an open mind for what information the future may bring. But to take the Bible literally word for word is simply ridiculous!!!

Blue. What other religions would have had the same result?1. How is Islam working out for you ATM.2. Hinduism? I'd rather live in SA with all its problems than in India.3. Eastern mysticism? Korea, Japan, China? And now I'm talking about Japan pre WWII4. Paganism? Vikings, Druids, Barbarians?5. How about South American Religions? Inca's and Aztecs? Human Sacrifice your thing?
Yes, I know Christianity and Judaism has blood on their hands, and I know many wrongs have been committed by them and will undoubtedly be again, but from where I stand, I prefer it(where we are in history) to the alternatives.

Seriously ... Blue we were dropped into a war zone without explanation.

If you read Ephesians 6, from around verse 10 or so you will see that it says that our fight is not against flesh and blood but against the demonic hosts that are all about us.

These unseen things hate us with a passion and will do anything they can to drive us further away from the truth ... that includes tampering with the Bible ... or having some "intellectual" suck up a theory that we're all descendants of an ape.

Sadly we're in a dark place right now and have no choice but to do our best. This era of darkness will pass eventually.

All we have in the end is our soul. It's a precious thing and we must try protect it as best we can.

For some reason it's highly sought after by those we cannot see. I have no idea why but that makes me even more determined to hang onto it as best I know how.
