I think there is something very wrong in the test set-up in the Proteas and without  De Kock in ODI's and T20's as well.
In the shorter versions of the game to my mind he is an essential.   I think he was handled wrongly and it was bad to rush back De Kock after a long injury absence into the WC squad.  No player - whether in rugby or cricket - can after an injury break in play can get back into form during a WC tournament.
The whole team was totally out of zinc against BanglaDesh so to blame De Kock only fir that poor show was a serious problem as well.
On the whole I think the English series is coming up next moth and in January and think the sooner De Kock gets back into the mix - the better it ill be for the team.     

 QDK should have been in the tests against India...he plays well against them, and we are a batsman short. If we want to persist with 5 bowlers, it's either QDK, or AB as keeper.

 There is no other decent keepers, the new wickie, Vilas, is hopeless. Too late now though.

 Elgar and Amla to open, Faf at 3, Stiaan and AB at 4&5. JP at 6 and then the 5 bowlers, but I would still rather play only 4 bowlers and put QDK at 7. Elgar, JP and Stiaan can more than just help with the ball. Spin bowling has never won us a test in recent years, so why play 2 of them, even in India?

 Why bring a player into the team for India, when we know he will flop against the fast swing bowling of NZ and especially Australia.....but if we want him to play he has to bat down the order.
