Akker and Marx
That Bok side was dominant. It was a perfect opportunity to showcase his fetching. He couldn't do it. I was hoping and expecting more. We got less? Should we give him another shot to prove himself? That's the question. We know exactly how poor Kolisi is, so how much worse can he be?
Moz, no Kitshoff? You gone off him?
Just a pipe dream but it'd be nice seeing Marx run the ball from the base of the base of the scrum.
Anyhow, looking at some of the young forwards coming through, many of them are skillful with ball in hand.
It's nice to see.
Favorite moments for me last year were some of Snymans plays in the limited game time that he got.
Early doors but I think Swys will take the Boks above the ABs.
Beast is a quota ... has been for a number of years now.
Ruan Dreyer taught him many a lesson and he's supposedly our worst tighthead.
Beast shouldn't be in the mix ...
Beast was solid last season. Definitely not a quota. You even call Bongi a quota, which shows you bias against the darkies.
Silly Billy
Don't get sillier than you normally are by playing the race card. Beast was not good enough to start and he was during the season moved to the bench and replaced by Kitshoff. Does that tell you anything at all?
As to Bongi - I think he was not the second best hooker in SA - Akker was and is - but since you know zero about rugby at all one cannot expect a realistic reply on rugby issues from you. .
As to Marx making turnovers - have you ever watched how it happens? Let me just tell you it does not happen after Marx made a tackle himself - it happens where another player made a tackle next to where Marx happens to be. He must be within a meter of the breakdown point to get his hands on the tackled ball an he is very hard to move in such a case. That does not make him into a loosie,
