Alberts have been out with a hamstring strain problem. He was out since June last year with the same problem - came back and played for half a match and is out again with the same problem. Being over 31 years of age - his problem has nothing to do with his age - according to Mozart.
Alberts has the frame of a tight 5 prop forward - being fat he is seriously overweight - but according to some he is the ultimate as a blind-side flank. As was the case with Francois Steyn last year - Alberts' serious weight problem has an impact on his legs. In the case of Steyn it was his knee - in the case of Alberts it is his hamstring.
Slow as a carthorse and because of his fat frame unable to protect or recover breakdown ball - Alberts is the favourite blind-side flank of our resident village idiot.
