Hey Hick ... take you fishing nonsense elsewhere.
So what team did they pick to play Wales then ?
As far as I can remember the Wales team was not the problem - it was selection of Stander by Ireland that caused the discussion.
Wardad go to the following website for pictures of the SA Snoek fish:-

To think that so many quality posters ended up being replaced by the likes of Hick.
So sad.
Nice one Sebastien ... sure brings back memories of some entertaining chats.
I wonder what's happened to Becs?
Very funny thread for sure. I think I was the only sane poster on the tread!
CC...." some entertaining chats." LOL is that what you call them...Bahahahahahahaha
Beeno....the only sane poster....more LOL's ...your dear buddy Pooooie did not think so.
As for poor Boklogic...he never came back after Saffex's kind remarks...smallcock Bahahahahahaha
Rooiaas...Wehe!
Becs...I liked her...she said I called her ugly...that's wrong, I referred to her to her as an English Rose. Wonder what happened to her...I asked Saffex once but he never replied...I do hope she's OK.
Slobolobsky you have one vodka too many and would have no idea about sanity at all!
Cheers Mr Draad !That looks similar to "snook " I wonder if some Dutch fisherman or Saffa named the somewhat skinnier ,green scaled version?
Mr Seb had a house with a view of my hometown lake ,didnt get to fish as much as I wanted but still did OK there and at Lake Taupo .Sadly Mr Speckles eluded me but the fiesty rainbows [ whose ancestors all came from the Russian River in California] made my trip.
Wardaddy...don't know how a picture of a fairly respectable (wahoo or spanish mackerel) got linked with the above...anyway I have always calmed down and become more relaxed and pleasant when fish and the art of the angle is mentioned...especially salmo trutta and his/her cousins the rainbow trout. One is indigeous to Europe the other North America and Canada but NZ has both and so do parts of Africa but nowhere as good as Queenstown areas and those near Mt Cook.
The greatest thorn in my life is that I was born to fish but forced to work...a very sad state of affairs
It is a well known fact that the worst days fishing beats the best days working !
Although shearing 520 in 9 hours was a pretty good day !
Oh and the Rakia river in the Sth Island has a world class salmon fishery ,although it might take a 1000 casts to induce a strike when they are running up river to spawn .
