Andre was one of my favourite centres...grouped together with Danie and Pieter...a great strong man and a huge unselfish contributor to rugby...coaches in United States and has this to say...

Yeah, he was one of my favourite Boks. Had a great step and acceleration.

Huge pity about his two broken legs, or did he break the same one twice? One of our last truly explosive outside centers.
