The following comments of Houwing in News24:-

"4. Pieter-Steph becoming Boks’ MVP

After an heroic effort in the upset win over the All Blacks earlier this month, Pieter-Steph du Toit produced another monstrous physical effort against the Wallabies in Port Elizabeth.

Du Toit's official man-of-the-match effort was no surprise after he again topped the Bok tackle count - 19 according to one stats measure.

It’s hard to believe that Du Toit, normally a lock, is actually playing out of position at blindside flank.

He is fast becoming the Boks’ most valuable player and it’s time some of the other more experienced members also put their hands up in this regard..."

Our to resident world experts are already howling for the return of Louw to the team and by implication for louw to replace Du Toit on Saturday.

F Kolisi 0/0 0 0/4/6 74 2 1 1 1 12/1 0/0 0 0/0. F du Toit 0/0 0 0/3/4 17 0 0 0 1 17/2 1/0 1 0/0. ...... Stephanie had his best game of the test season, better than Mostert in this test I would say. But in a different league from his colleagues? .... Kolisi had a higher tackling success ratio....gained 74 metres making 2 clean breaks and an offload. Stephanie gained 14 metres beating no tackles. .... Stephanie did show a lot of energy, so MOM was a fair call....but this piece is just more hype I'm afraid. What is true is he is vulnerable in open field defence and almost all his tackles are process phase tackles. He should be contesting the 5 slot with Snyman.

His contest in the loose play was phenomenal,I had him as MOM long before final whistle.

There were some gruelling exchanges over the loose ball on Saturday, one phase the best I've ever seen from two teams.

If we can push the ABs back again Saturday too then we'll stand a chance, they seem to be targeting first half now.

Actually Liarmike the piece was by Herman Mostert and you left out the Stepanie article where he admitted his defence needed improvement....supposedly straightened out by Nienaber who he credits for improving his technique. Which of course means all those posts you disputed about his defence in the past were spot on....you should have listened to moz. You also conveniently left out this which is the point I made about Malherbe, especially afterNZ. '5. Boks need more ascendancy at scrum time I felt the Springboks failed to assert their dominance over the Wallabies at scrum time on Saturday. Yes, they were by no means overshadowed, but one would expect them to get the better of the Wallabies in this regard. The post-game statistics revealed that both teams were 100% successful on their own put-in, with South Africa winning eight scrums and Australia nine. Frans Malherbe was stable at best, while the jury is still out on who should start between Tendai Mtawarira and Steven Kitshoff. In order to beat the All Blacks this weekend, the Boks must look to gain the upper hand in some key departments and the scrum is one area they should look to improve...'

Whenever anybody wrote anything the bird brain hates to read - it is hype.   His BS is not hype and he constantly come up with attacks on his pet hate players.

So he brings in Malherbe and said he  is not to play against the AB's - is that another piece of BS?   One assumes he wants  Louw to start - but Louw has a very spotty record this year and was more known for failure than anything else.

This thread is hilarious, Lügnerin's last stand. Why do you persist with this obsession? It borders on an unhealthy attachment. Were you an objective person you would have noted the video I made of the first half of the All Black test, where everything was clearly as I said it was. Where was the Church of Steph then? You cannot insult a person, slander them, back out of such damning evidence against you and then claim the moral high ground. Nobody is denying Steph's contributions, nobody has denigrated his performances. Those you accuse of "hating" him have already given him high grades at varying points. You on the otherhand have him penciled in with a high pass before kickoff. Look no further than your attack on Esterhuizen, already slanted by your pre-match nonsense. Just for those who missed it, and for those who hid from it, Steph's first half against New Zealand:

Steph isn't so good when rushing out of the line. The All Blacks exploited that a few times. In fact, it's been a recurring problem for a few years. The dishonesty in denying it, and attacking anyone who disagrees is ridiculous.

The Esterhuizen pick missed to even attempt tackles when he did not rush out of the defensive line and when he tried one - Folau just push him off and had to be tackled by Du Toit.   Wonderful stuff from Mozart and AO.

By the way one tackle miss could have been fatal according to the Mozart BS - there was a huge  difference in the fact that missed tackles of Louw was fatal in previous tests - but that was never mentioned by Mozart.  The man is a prejudice maniac of total proportion .

The Louw tackles were all dealt with. It was agreed upon by everyone that you were a liar. So you went quiet, but in typical Lügnerin fashion you lay low only to pick up the same broken lie of the past and hope that everyone has suffered amnesia.

With regards to Esterhuizen, its best you don't utter a word. I am going to be posting a video of everything André has done this year. So too Damian. Hopefully it will wake enough of the loons to actually hold Damian into account for his poor and shoddy performances.

How was I a liar = I gave the ESPN stats and a description of an incident that ahs been repeated week after week by the dismal Mozart and stated Louw was as much to blame for not attempting a tackle as Du Toit was years ago.

The fact is  Louw was piss-poor in all the matches  he played in and only Mozart, Pakie and you claimed otherwise.    Esterhuizen was a joke - just make sure you leave out the possession losses and  the "late tackles" and penalties - otherwise you will end up looking like the BSer you are.

How can one argue with the BS dreams you come up with and then continuing with same when facts are pointed out to you.  It is like trying to get into that brick wall you have as a brain.

The Esterhuizen pick missed to even attempt tackles when he did not rush out of the defensive line and when he tried one - Folau just push him off and had to be tackled by Du Toit.

Yet another inaccurate statement. Folau pushed him off initially yes, then ran about 5 steps laterally before Esterhuizen hunted him down from behind with Dyantyi assisting the tackle from the front. Du Toit was not involved. It's not hard to get these things right, Mike. Make the effort. The incident is at 63:53.

Also, it was actually smart defending by Esterhuizen. He rushed up to put pressure on Folau, but if he just kept charging in Folau could have stepped him easy as you please. So he stopped, took the fend, kept up the chase and got his man without conceding any forward meters. This is exactly what Damian should have done in the much discussed Nonu situation to prevent the try. If Esterhuizen hangs back there, allows Folau to attack the space between him and Dyantyi with Hodge hovering wide, you have an overlap and a try very similar to the WC 2015 quarter final situation.

His interpretations are very loose to say the least, some would even say deceitful. It becomes a bit of a bore picking it out every time it occurs. Pakie gave him a quick one-two knockout, but Mr. Clever will boast of his victory.

When Damian got smoked after a lineout, he called me a hateful liar for pointing it out. He somehow blamed Am. When I pointed out Steph's lapses, that too was a hateful lie. Now, look as he strains desperately to pin everything on André. Just as he blamed André for the loss to Wales and England. He still won't admit Damian blew the 2015 Aussie test though. This is the most biased person I've ever spoken too.

Nice cover up - that one.  Folau pushed Esterhuiizen off and was in the process to get tackled whereupon Esterhuizen arrived and could perhaps be credited with a tackle assist - even though that was not really necessary.

Nice try Pakie - you are elegant in trying to create misleading statements.   And the reference to De Allende is still the most repeated lie on site.  That incident was never ide3bntified by analysts all over the world and when Mozart was challenged he said that the site is lucky to have better rugby analysts than the rest of the world has.   You cannot even compare the Folau incident with that one.  There was other players preventing Folau from making a cross field run and one of them actually tackled Folau - in the case of De Allende there were none and he managed to catch Nonu in the end.

This kind of BS should in fact stop and you should get your brain cleared and start objective assessments and not the BS we have to put up with.

In the parallel universe known as Tokkielands, the opposing centre runs for 25 metres inside your 22 in a Wc semi, while you watch him carefully, and when a try results you are blameless.

The Lügnerin camp retards any discussion as we have to perpetually cover the most basic facts before we can ever discuss anything deeper or more interesting. A little honesty makes all the difference, were Lügnerin capable of a mere morsel of the stuff we might have a nice discussion. The repeated personal attacks add to the tedium of it all. The ego is found in the one who will never admit when they are wrong.

What I find remarkable is the fear others have of dealing with Lügnerin. Is he an ANC hitman? Why are most members too afraid to call a spade a spade? At best we have those who passively lump us in with him, in a very poorly devised means of seeming impartiality . It only encourages die gegabelte Zunge to be even more toxic.

Mozart...your appear as brittle as glass...your reply proves it.

Only the doff-heads and blind will believe it....one thing you are clever in a very manipulate way... sometimes I quite like you and have some inquiring depth...and I believe you have good qualities but other times your are very ugly and nasty and quite shallow...a doctor jeckell and mr hy de...not quite, subtle. Mike on the otherhand is actually a lot more truthful by nature than you but also suffers from dispute syndrome which you fuel...he lacks your skill in manipulation but makes a lot of errors because his nature is very dogmatic...is a fanatic and it appears rugby his main interest that overwhelms his life and yes he is getting old but he is no different than most Saffas that worship the game...it's so ridiculous ...rugby or any sport should be watched to enjoy...the GAME and nothing else...it's not a weapon to bash each country, or club,or franchise who plays the game over the head with...that's really stupid and "red-neck" like.

The irritation for me is that it never ceases about individual players...it's not about about individuals anyway but a team...there is something about men who idolise sportsmen...I find suspect...it really appears that some do and take umbrage when one poster criticises them...every good player has his off day and good...even Danie Gerber and Pat Lambie...lolz

Lambie had a good day? Which one of his 56 tests qualifies as such?

Chabal, you are dead wrong. Lügnerin is a very dishonest person. Very manipulative too. The way he shifted gears after I debunked his "fact" on tactical kicks was quite revealing. He completely misquoted me in several threads, knowingly deceiving members and covering up his tracks. A situation where he could have just politely disagreed ended up in another vacation to Eggville. The personal attacks in the face of absolute evidence is beyond ridiculous. You leave him be, and he resurrects the issue again. He can't stop. This isn't merely about rugby, but control. Once you disagree, you see a very different Mr Clever. I have seen none of these things in Mozart. If someone can kindly show me where this can be found, I'd like to see them. A request I made in the past, which was met with more vitriol. A clear sign of a liar at work.

@Chabal

I'm not going to involve myself in the petty, immature and to the point of being disgusting disputes between supposed adults that's been dragging on for a period of five years or more but allow me to point out that in the last couple of weeks I made three rugby related posts. Two of them are still on the board.

Mike replied to all of them, in some of them he was off topic but in all of them he made a point of either dragging in the names of Meyer or Mozart. None of my posts had anything to do with either Meyer or Mozart.

Quite frankly I don't feel like posting under those conditions....it's pathetic and I'm losing all respect for Mike. It's not regulation in play, this is obsessive behaviour bordering on insanity.

But hey, you be the judge and I'll be the prosecutor.

Strategy and tactics never results in the epic strings. But I'm curious, how does my reply prove I'm as 'brittle as glass' Don't do the deep dive now, man up, and explain yourself.

Ego is something that grows with time and praise and little success that people think to be huge. Thus they have a wrong idea about themselves. They think that they are better than the rest. So when someone shows them that they are not better than the rest their ego breaks like a glass.

You might have been relatively successful in your endeavours but really strong personalities don’t have to speak of them…they are secure in themselves.

When people have to boast and brag and have to say the last word to win an argument especially when it's trivial …this gives it away. Secure personalities don’t have to boost their egos.

Humility is a sign of real strength
