Arno had two good games on Vodacom Cup level and he is back in the selection frame of the Bulls for the upcoming Super 15 round.

That has left Ludeke with a headache as to what he should do with his loosie combinations - especially since he cannot leave out Labuschagne - who was the best blindside flank in SA thus far in Super 15.

I would say the solution would be to drop Spies to the bench and play Botha at 8 - but the less acceptable alternative would be to move Labuschagne to 6 and select Botha at 7.

I have learnt one thing about SA coaches - expect only the worst from their selections.  So Ludeke will do the worst possible selection in this case.    Spies and Stegmann are two of his blue-eyed boys - never to be touched - so he may just fiddle around with Labuschagne - which will be the worst possible thing he could do.

Spies must go.....their best trio would be 6. Labs 7. Liebenberg 8. Botha......they need to get rid of useless Matfield at 5 and play impressive youngster RG Snyman

Agree with you insofar as your comments are concerned.   Labuschagne has not played as an opensider in the past - but his defense, breakdown ball protection and recovery is good enough to try him there.
However, what will come out of Ludeke will be another joke in bad taste.

Well Labs is best suited to that role of the 3.....so the obvious choice there. Stegman is ok but nothing special.
