Metres Boks 406 / Bargie 406

Territory Boks 52%/Bargie 48%

Possession Boks 48%/Bargie 52%

Clean Breaks Bargie 10/ Boks 6

Defenders beaten Bargie 24/Boks 21

0ffloads Bargie 8/Boks 2…..Brown ball was nowhere to be seen.

Defending…Bargie 188 tackles at 88% success. Boks 186 tackles at 86%.

And the game was won by 2 points with the Bargies missing a penalty off the upright that could have been the difference. Still I always felt the Boks were just that little bit more in control and would win….., except when waiting to hear if Moodie was going to get the second yellow.

I agree with the commentators and Erasmus, he really should have been carded if the ref followed customary procedure. I’m surprised Dr Lucky left him out there when a double yellow was the one thing that could have upended our campaign,

The most concerning thing about this game is what looked like another head event for Etzebeth. It might be time for this greatest of all locks to hang up his boots in the interest of his long term health. Damn great lock, there hasn’t been his equal. Resting him is not going to solve this issue.

Mozart

Your a htred of Ersmus entails always that the Bokss should lose so somehow it woul leadd t his dismissal like happened in the case of your own hero coach - Jake White - fired by four employer beause he w exactly what you want to happen to Erasmus, It will not happen --= so my advice to you stop your normal BS and accept that Ersmus is worldwide regarded as the best coach in world rugby since 2019 amd seven years later it would still be the same.

The refereeing was where this game was truly won and lost. Both of the Springbok tries came from passages of play that should have been called in Argentina’s favour. Critical infringements were missed in the lead-up, and those errors completely altered the flow and outcome of the match. It’s disappointing to see a Test of this magnitude decided by officiating lapses rather than by the players themselves. I saw nothing remotely special from any Bok in the minutes I watched. It was a poor advertisement for the game... a hollow victory that did nothing to elevate the standard or spirit of rugby.

@Mr Mcallister, who lives nowhere, have you tried playing rugby in gale-force conditions?

I think the players that came on let the game slip. Manie couldn't control the game and neither could Williams. We were 11 points ahead in the last 20.

I don't think Willemse or Kolbe offered much other than that one run of Willemse where he tries to sidestep the entire field. His sidestepping was so wild, I thought he would end up in the car park. I didn't see any link play from him.

I saw no balls go to hooker or Kolbe, when it did, it was off scraps.

Lots of work ahead.

Can see the players were tired. One day in SA and 7 days later they are in London.

Still no excuse. Bargies to me looked more threatening with ball in hand and dominated the collision at time.

Agree on Etzebeth, is this his curtain call. Not the same player he was last year or the year before

Card get lost please.

Rooinek knew the idiot over the years used at least 10 different user names on site and Rooi would quote it. Aristocat and Desert Fox were two names I can remember, Dave identifed him as Card - a name he started with on site many years ago. He specialized in shit and he would suddenly leave the site and came back a few months later using different user names, His last user name he changed without a break because he was found out spreading repeated shit and then changed his name will using the site.
