My comments on Morne at the start was clear and obvious bait. You could have chosen to have some fun with it. Something like "nice try dud, I'm not that stupid." We could all have had a giggle.

Unfortunately you are so scared that someone may actually think well of Morne that you immediately went on the attack to discredit him.

Stop taking yourself (and Morne and Fransie and Louw and Alberts and and...) so seriously. Engage in some of the banter just for what it is without constantly looking for angles of attack. Try to control this constant insecurity about your views being threatened. It doesn't matter. We're all just making it up as we go along.

There, that's me trying to help you, god knows why.

And finally, an abrasive guy like Dave doesn't need you to fight his battles for him, nor had my comments on Jesse Kriel anything to do with Dave. I was referring to the media frenzy about Kriel prior to RWC 2015.

Hang on . . . just making one or two changes . . .

"Stop taking yourself (and Morne Pieter-Steph du Toit and Fransie Jean-Luc du Preez and Louw Frans Malherbe and Alberts Pat Lambie and and...) so seriously. We're all just making it up as we go along."

. . . there you go . . . now you can send almost the identical message to Moffie. Not sure why you're only singling ou Maaik out when Moffie is equally biased and prejudiced against certain players irrespective of their performance.

Not really.....Morne, Alberts and Fransie aren’t playing for the Boks right now, they are not being raised by anybody except you. As for being a fair rater, my ratings for the AB test were: . Stephanie 6/ Louw 5.5......a difference of 0.5 .. Your ratings were Stephanie 8/ Louw 3......a difference of 5 .. Howigs ratings... Stephanie 7.5/Louw 6.....a difference of 1.5 ... Case closed. ..

Du Toit was top class - he made 3 turnovers during the  game against 1 by Louw,     He was not doing the bugger-ups Louw specialized in.   Onl;y you can come up with prejudiced BS like your rating  - nobody else believe the BS anyway.
Why stupedo did you not quote the full stats so we can see what really was the situation.   Who gave dDu Toit 6 out of 10 and who gave him 7 and 8 out of ten?
Louw was totally out of depth in the game and that is a fact as well.    I used to be a great admirer of Louw - but aeven Houwing wrote he is not the loosie he used to be three years ago.
By the way after the Albanay test you wrote a praise-song on the site about Morne and then we have the4 duds you always supported like Fat Fransie, Alberts and De Jongh.   You always write about other member choices - but yours were more mediocre  than anybody else could dream up.
Still suffering from your age mania - stupedo?

Watch the game where the comments was given on a flashup.   You are boith liars and that accounts for a lot.   So now the stats are handpicked when it fits the BS of the two morons.   I used what was on TV and that is what I based my comments on.
When habitual liars gets caught out their antics is comparable to those of snakes - what they in fact are.
Source of Mozart - his lies and deception.

It was a simple question for the sake of clarification which you took 14 hours to answer while being active on the forum in the meantime.
I also think you're being too hard on the NZ Herald and their stats by calling them "habitual liars".

@Pakie. Ou Maaikie will never let go of the lie about the stats. He insists that the stats to use is ESPN even though they and NZ Herhald are using the exact same source for their stats, i.e. Opta.

Well, at least ou Maaik is quoting from a real source, as the stats in question show up around minute 61 of the game.

 Thanks Pakie
The stats interpretations at times differ and I actually use the ESPN stats.    The one turnover was probably when Du Toit pushed off the AB players protecting the ball and there was a turnover buggered up by Leyds afterwards.    I do not think the ESPN stats would regard that example as a turnover - but it was one anyway.

PS, Paki, if you're ever in Cape Town, I'll gladly buy you a beer too....liked your an.alysis of the AB test. You should do these things more. I'll try to get Maaik on board for a calm debate while I'm giving flying lessons to my peegs!

NZ Herlald gives Turnovers made....ESPN does not. ESPN does provide lineout steals but so does the Herald, which is on balance the better source.

I ESPB stats is not acceptable anymore - what a farce - you would use anything  you may find useful and duck in between to falsify incidents in games.   What a fool; you are showing prejudice and hatred iro some players, while trying to hide the deficiencies of other players you favour.

Thanks Draad, I'll keep it in mind if I ever go down that way again. Glad you enjoy the analyses - they make more sense to do when we don't lose 57-0
