Bismarck Must Go

As Dave as quite rightly pointed out with his own forked tongue, Bismarck must leave the squad immediately. I have noted certain problems in his game for some time, but I have overlooked the most important issue; He is now 30 years of age which means he cannot ever compete at test level.
