Blues vs Canes - game of the week?

I just finished watching this game, what a cracker!  Some fantastic skills from both sides and drama added by close calls from the TMO. Hard to single out players but these guys looked particularly good.
A. SaveaTJCharlie Faumuina (in set piece and open play he was fantastic).Tevita Li, outstanding. Shame his long run (50 meters) cutting through the defense was disallowed because of a forward pass.
Some bad news as Nehe Milner-Skudder  came off with a dislocated shoulder.

Overall the Blues really gave it everything but did not have the composure to win it. There last minutes trying to score the wining try are worth watching again. In spite of penalties against the Canes and finally a yellow card for Vito the Blues could not get their rolling maul working properly to win the game. Shame the early kicks at goal by West missed. He made a big one in the second half but far easier ones missed early in the game just put his team under more pressure.
Blues are a much improved team but in the NZ conference it will be tough to make the finals. Hopefully they can beat the foreign team, e. g. SA and OZ team. They play the Reds next so they have a shot at a win there.
Congrats to the Canes, Blues so close but no win today.

 I watched the game and it was a shame to see the Blues self destruct after looking promising in the early part.....they really need to tighten up if they're to be a force. Perhaps Cloudy should give them a bit of a rev-up.
