Saffex, show me a centre who is as technically flawed as Damian. Who exposes the ball more readily? Who goes into tackles with bowed legs and swing round his man? Who has such poor positional sense? Which Bok centre has directly concede more tries? This man is a total farce. He has a shambolic England series, being humiliated by England's centre pair and he comes away with the plaudits? That's the kind of dishonesty that stunts our game. No honesty at all.
The only centre we have that I can have confidence in is Esterhuizen. He is head and shoulders above the wing-hybrid that is Damian. Absolutely without question. Am and Kriel are more debatable, but I'd still go with Am. Damian is not a test centre. The Super Rugby games I have reviewed concerning Damian have been a mess.
