Interesting discussion on Supersport with Jamie Roberts, Swys and Nick Mallet how our 2 centres are not being utilized properly.....more than once we had a situation where Damian and Am are one on one with there opposite numbers + small overlap for wing, but Damian rather kicks out instead of pushing,trying to score....wasted opportunities....the mentality of the Boks is rather to be safe, almost scared in trying anything....we will never put teams away with this style. If we do win, it's always by the skin of our backside. They have been conditioned so much by R&N in this way that players are losing there natural ability to strike and score....does R&N have no Confidence in there players to actually put teams away? If we have a look at our URC teams, it's a complete different story....Stormers for example run beautiful, Fucking beautiful lines, short passes and wonderful offloads....Dobbie puts trust in his players and most importantly, gives them the freedom to think on there feet...R&N is blatantly sticking to kick everything in it's Chops, then Stampkar and hope for the best...there is no urgency in our bok team, to kill, decapitate the bloody opposition!! One thing that stood out to me was how slow Am is for an international centre!

He tracked across to cover the Welsh right winger but didn’t get within 5 metres off him with the route he chose. Either the Welsh winger is Usain Bolt or what’s more like it, Am is painfully pace deficient.

A half decent fullback will make mince meat out of him in a vital test, mark my words.

@ Moola. Zammit was the fastest man on the pitch that day. He's proper rapid with burst and top end speed. Possibly fastest in the UK although there are some Sale Sharks lads with real gas as well.
