Boks are lucky to only be 7 points down. The error rate is high, Faff looks like a deer in the headlights

Great burst by Allende. So strong.

How about a try Boks!

Now Bongi fouls up.

DDA beats a tackle, then slowly burrows and is ripped . We get a penalty fortunately.

Your reading of the Allende burst is blocks Pakster.

Well done Pollard. It's 10 - 6 Ireland leading.

Now we kick off too deep. Boks need to wake up. Think Rassie's half time in the changing room will make for a classy video again.

Ireland intensity is high…they doing extremely well disrupting our possession….I think our scrum is not as dominant as it supposed to be…we struggle to get a rhythm going in the Backline….we are trying , but credit to Ireland they are all over us in defence….man there is a lot of bleeding today….come on boys let’s go!

Boks all at sea here. Only their power keeping them in the game. Skills, decisions, cohesion...none of it present on the field for them. Into the half and Ireland deservedly lead by 10...though it feels like deserve about 7 more than that.

Yeah, that tackle from PSDT was a sure fire try saver. Big difference when Mostert isn't there. Suddenly the other forwards each need to make a tackle or two more. Only a complete fool wouldn't notice the difference between Sous being there and Sous not being there. Nice to see DDA making a couple of positive contributions. He was involved in a strong counter ruck and made a dominant tackle in the half. Honestly though, our forwards look a spent force. Nobody fetching, intensity missing, and nobody providing any momentum other than at scrums.

Ireland are clearly the dominant team ….but our intensity is lacking….we are fighting but not making any headway….our guys looking a bit pap…if we can just get some structure going and build up phases, drawing more Ireland defenders in we will have more space on the outside to score….I hope sincerely we come out with more fire and pull this thru….this will be great if we can come back and win here, major self esteem boost… come on Bokke !!

Nice to see DDA making a couple of positive contributions.

Pity he missed the two guys who had shifted to his outside after he beat that tackle in the 22. He just lacks the quick awareness needed to turn little breaks like that into something more than just a head down burrow into the next tackler.

Te forwards aren't suddenly gonna up their game. We need the bomb squad to make an impact. Van Staaden needs to come on and start bouncing people around. I'm picking him to make the difference in the second half. ...and let's hope Marx gets a steal or two. Oh, and RG has been completely MIA.

Pakie...I can't wait for Mikes player ratings. DDA is gonna get 300 out of 10. And Mostert will get -134572747284 for getting injured.

Agree on that…all good and well Brown is there teaching this new attack model, but you need guys in the midfield that have the necessary skills to put players into space with slick passes and the awareness to spot space…not happening with the guys that are there….DDA always there with his strength though, but tends to always look for the contact and not the offload
