Moz I have to agree with you Pollard looks a cut above G oosen. I also agree that the vitriol against Morne is over the top. Seldom has a player been trashed like he has.

Nobody is trashing Morne Steyn - people are discussing his performances and they do not like what they see. Trashing is when players are critiized without any reason whatsooever and when, personal prejudice, lies and deception are the basis of criticism. Mozart is particularly adept at that.
I think that from what I have seen to date - the fuyhalf sitation is now for the first time in years strong. Pollard did very well in the tests against the Aussie and the AB's and based on that is the top candidate. Again - based on the last two tests Lambie is indisputably the second candidate - but Goosen is basically on par with him. Morne is at this stage likely to be in position 5 or 6 of the potential candidates after Boshoff and Caytrakillis/Van der Walt - the latter is coming along nicely.
