BOD is a class act. His take on the foul was about right IMO,As Tana said at the time : it's not riddie winks. But it was a Shane he was injured. 

 A pity about his injury. Doubt if it was intentional knowing the All Blacks #2 style of play. But that is what happens in the heat of the moment.
But even he would not have been able to save the Lions from those embarrassing defeats.
The All Blacks played well and showed their class against the Lions.

 BOD would have been a legend in my book, were it not for his bad sportsmanship at times. 2009 Lions tour of RSA springs to mind.

 My Gramps, rest his soul ( died in 2000) said BOD is the best 13 in the game. Boy did the old man miss out on some great rugga!The Old Man also rated Danie Gerber and Helgaart Mulder as 13's. Miss the Toppie.
