The Chiefs has probably the best backline in the competition - coupled to a crinkle-paper Tight 5 combination.   The Brumbies forced scrum penalties at will in the first half and that is not a good sign for the further campaign of the Chiefs.

In fantasy selections I had Fekitoa as my bench center and it did consequently not hit me as hard as some others.   Sasue advised that SBW is not a good bet for Test Rugby and at the last moment I replaced him in that competition as well.   Put in Kuridrani instead - but he did not have as good a game as expected.   Should rather have gone for Fekitoa.    

 I would say the brumbies have thrown the match down the drain.

How can they have only 2 defenders over 3 backline attackers after a scrum in the center of the field when they were against 14?

 Jw I was blow out of the water re watchiung the game.However please tkae note of the comments made by ab ass as very occassionally he makes a point and one mustnt miss these rare occassions.So the Brumbies were the better side but some how the chiefies won. How was the ref?
 

 what I said doesn't mean necesarily that the Brumbies were the better side.
They were equaled both in play and in the score (or almost) but the brumbies managed to lose the match by themselves losing the last lineout in their own 22, this is why they threw the match down the drain

Chiefs are playing well within themselves & still winning Plenty of room for improvement so it will only get better.

 That last penalty against the Brumbies - pity they did not zoom in on Larkam, he would have been as bald as Gregan from pulling out all his hairs - the Brumbies flanker unbound and joined the Chiefs backline - there is a code for this kind of behaviour-->Code "Stupidity".

Fine examples include this one particular player for the ABs playing the ball on the ground infront of a certain Mr Kaplan who had let play continue with time up on the clock with the ball going dead twice after the hooter had gone - and Eales stepped up and kicked that penalty that still makes me cringe to this day. Thanks Mr Kaplan for the memories.
