Actually denny's ship always stayed right here in the harbour.....it's your ship that sailed Urinal, after the Board censured you for boorish behavio r.

Umm Dense!! Just because Mozart and I are speaking civilly to each other the last while does not mean that you and I are suddenly best of buds.
I've never been prone to befriending spineless people ... not in my personal capacity ... neither on line.
The image and impression I have of you goes way back to the days of Super Sport. It'll take some kind of miracle to see you any other way ... other than a snivelling, spineless, wimp cowering in the corner.
Sorry ... it's engrained ... I can't help it.
So feel free to keep on with the name calling ... and the usual falsehoods. ... etc.

Huh? Hey it's 8.00 in the morning, apologies if I caused you a miserable night's sleep but as for being best of Buds...where did you get that from Sucker? I'm not desperate to be Buds with a knife wielding bigoted coward...not now not ever.
So have you given UrineRooi the flick? A lovers quarrel huh?
Sjampies, kinda thought you pair of low lives make a smashing pair.
Don't sweat, you'll be back together shortly.....like shyte to a blanket.
Have a fat day.
18 May 2017, 08:27#86
Aaaaaaaah ... that's better.
Thanks ... bud!!!
18 May 2017, 08:44#87
Hahaha. Keep at it boys, entertaining stuff!

Lara ... arrogance ruffles my feathers. It's as simply as that.
I do not enjoy inflated egos and have responded to the like all my life ... at times to my detriment.
Thinking that you deserve something at my expense doesn't work for me ... especially when you've been favoured on and off the field in so many different ways over the years.
A little humility would have been nice but instead you guys strutt your stuff looking down your noses at us.
I will always respond to that ... till the day I die.
The girl I was referring to was obviously you. I presumed you'd side with your arrogant country men on this board ... you haven't as far as I can tell and so I apologise.

Geeez Things are sure hotting up around here with posters now posting in the early hours of the morning.....even before they have a cuppa coffee and brekkie. Didn't imagine things were that serious....did you. But it is....lovers quarrels and all. There'll be a few suffering nervous breakdowns and ulcers shortly.

One wonders how "bigly" heads like beandorks and co would get were their teams performing as well as ours .All things considered I dont see how we can be called arrogant ,or is it wrong to praise your own ? Do we have to hide our light under a bushel do we ?Based on whats been spouted here about the blues the Lions would have had the axe not that long ago when they performed so poorly they got dumped for the kings.

It's always funny when a South African speaks of others as being arrogant. Kiwis please don't tarnish all SAFFA's with the same brush, the ones calling you arrogant spent most of their lives under one of the most arrogant and indignant regimes known to humanity.

What's your guys favourite/ popular fish? Think our is Barra and Salmon.
19 May 2017, 03:37#93
Cloudy, don't tell me u r seriously thinking of adding Beanhead to your Christmas list??
19 May 2017, 12:26#94
Dennis we have our own dipsh!ts to bear with but none in the same class as beandik ,I would barely class him as sapien homo let alone a Saffa Actually some under rated fish like Mullet are pretty good but you have to catch em yourself ,kill them and straight into an ice slurry and eat them that day .Barra and snapper keep better and take poor handling and processing better than most hnce when bought are better on the plate when bought .But snapper straight from the water filleted into fat strips and straight into the pan ? Enough to make a man drown in his own drool !Had a mate who was a chef in H ervey Bay back in the 80s , I caught a small tuna from the jetty at Urangan and he sashimied it on the deck ,we shared it with some Japanese tourists who said it was better than $500 dollar a plate sashimi they had eaten back home !

On a recent trip to Cape Town the locals were telling me that South Africa imports what we call Snoek from NZ. If true you guys would obviously have a different name for it but to give you some idea it is from the Barracuda family.Blobok is probably the best person to ask having lived in both countries.

Well, I'm fond of snoek, really fond of kabbejou and kingklip, but the yellowtail I braaied on Good Friday was fantastic!

Yellowtail on the braai is a winner. I do quite thick pieces with salt, pepper, lemon and fresh rosemary on very hot coals for no more than about 5 minutes on each side so it's seared on the outside and slightly translucent in the middle.

Yellowtail or snoek on the braai is sensational but for mine a must is a rooikrans braai with a touch of rock salt and rosemary.Sauce is a no-no. Imagine my delight on a recent trip to Cape Town picking up a whole fresh snoek or yellowtail for R200($20) cut up and cleaned. Couldn't find any kabeljou, my other favourite but in the 2 weeks I was there I ate fish almost on a daily basis. Snoek, yellowtail, kabeljou, sea bass, barramundi, snapper and ocean salmon must surely be the ultimate in fish.
