Can Scotland break Englands march forward to rugby history

Could "The Flower of Scotland" bloom again after so many years and yes the cherry on the top will be on breaking Englands marching onwards to a new record...sorry to be a spoilsport but yes indeed I would love that...some justice I think when they were pipped twice by unusual incidents that happened against Australia.

This will give rugby a huge boost and "King Eddie's army will be sent home again"...lol...to think again.

Vern Cotter must rate as one of the best coaches around today...we know rugby sometimes is a funny game...Ireland proved it in Chicago and I have a strong "hunch" that this might happen again. I love upsets...because they are great levellers of men....they break the monotony and cause us to think again...ie those know alls who think they are God's gifts to rugby...haha.

This is all very controversial. England has been good- but hardly the clear 2nd best in the world. 
For one they have not beat the All Blacks, and secondly, many of their games have been very close.
The big thing they were done was beat Australia in Australia. The Boks have imploded - and the 3rd and 4th teams are not much different to England.

Well I agree...it's a controversy but that's what's intriguing...NZ does play not England (for some time) so it's unfair but on the otherhand NZ let it slip against Ireland, so in another way the scores are level that's why a Scotland win will throw a spanner in the works...a kind of poetic justice...a sweet leveller.

It just shows us that it's not a walk in the park to break these records...being perfect is not quite possible...because overconfidence leads to complacency...champion rugby is not only great technical skills but also great mindset and character skills coupled with self discipline. To beat the best on the day your minds have to be right too. NZ has fallen victim to this against France, SA in WC final and now Ireland...SA now has all sorts of problems now...in fact a lot of it has to do with the mindset, lack of confidence caused by inadequate coaching...and it's not going to change until the right man takes an honest control over the coaching debacle...I think Johan Ackerman could do it...but that's a different topic alltogether and enough has been said on that.

Anyway...I hope Scotland upsets the applecart.
